HWARO is an intimate chef’s counter experience offering a curated 10-course, $245 tasting menu that showcases premium meats, seasonal ingredients, and refined Korean techniques.Centered around an open kitchen, HWARO creates an immersive and almost theatrical dining experience, where chefs and guests become part of the same shared moment. More than a meal, it is a shared performance—an intimate exchange shaped by fire, movement, craftsmanship, and food.Named after the traditional Korean HWARO—a charcoal brazier used for cooking, warmth, and gathering—the restaurant reflects the spirit of sharing food and conversation around the fire. Historically placed at the center of the home, the HWARO brought people together. That same sense of warmth, connection, and hospitality is woven throughout the experience.
