Our kitchen sources from a variety of locales with significance placed on Colorado and West Coast farmers, ranchers, and fishers. Our beverage team curates a focused menu highlighting small production beer, natural wines, and seasonal cocktails.Basta is located in the center of the Peloton Condominium Complex.Patio and Bar seating is available first-come, first-served, weather permitting.     Very reminiscent of trattoria in Italy, perfect Boulder vibe. . Seated immediately and menus distributed immediately, waiters friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about food items but needs training on wine selection/pairing.huge Nd varied menu selections, all looked great, hard to decide but all four of us were very pleased with our selections. Third trip to this restaurant but not our last always a good experience with authentic Italian cuisine.
