店に入ると、まず、大きな釜が目に入り、なんとも言えぬ期待感を覚えました。季節物のアスパラとホタテを前菜に、メインは、私はお薦めのラムを、夫はWAGYUを頂きました。ワインは、ハウスワイン(ソーベニヨン？）とZinfandelを。料理はどれも手間をかけており、余計な油文も感じず、肉も柔らかくジューシー、量も程よく日本人の私達でも完食できました。ワインはパーフェクトマッチ！お店の方のワインの知識も手伝って楽しまさせて頂きました。再来訪は間違いないでしょう‼️

Capriciano Osteria is Chef Baki Bekci's Italian kitchen in downtown Santa Rosa. Baki grew up in his family's restaurant on Türkiye's Turquoise Coast, and he cooks Italian food with the same love of the sea and of a full table. Pasta is made by hand, pizzas come out of our wood-fired oven, and fresh seafood is a big part of the menu. Favorites include the calamari fritti, lemon ravioli, risotto ai frutti di mare and slow-braised lamb shank. The wine list is mostly Italian, with Sonoma and Napa bottles alongside, plus Italian and California craft beer (we serve beer and wine only). Sit by one of the fireplaces in the dining room or, in season, out on the terrace. Dinner is served from 5 PM six nights a week, and we're closed on Tuesdays.
