The Dancing Bear is managed by Kristine Tarabine who has cracked the Top 50 Australian bartenders competing in Diageo's world class competition. Just a few popular cocktails include the "Smoked Old Fashioned", "Summer Shenanigans" and our best seller the "Yuzu Sour". All with their own quirks and experience. Bougee bar snacks available: Cheese boards, Cured Meat Plates, Focaccia and Kafta meatballs. All easy to eat and delicious. As we are so close to Olympic park there is many easy access options.
