Final Cut at The Hollywood Casino

Food was great and so was the service. We really enjoyed our dinner.

The food was very good but the service was very slow.

It has an upscale feel but is much less pricey than other steakhouses I've been to. The food is good, but I would not rate it outstanding. The service was fine, but there is a faint hint of cigarettes as this restaurant is located in a casino. Overall we'd go back again if in the area.

Our waitress was great. Which was good. Because the hotess that seated us seemed to be put out that we showed up for our reservation. But, once she was gone the rest of our experience was wonderful. Food and service was friendly, relaxing, delicious.

This was our first time dining at the Final Cut. We had dinner on a Sunday evening and Doug took excellent care of us. The timing of our courses was perfect and the quality of the food was excellent. We would highly recommend the pork chop and the filet. We would definitely dine there again.

Ordered scallops as addition to my filet. Steak was wonderful. Scallops were bad. The salty taste should of warned me. But did not want to waste the meal. Became ill less than 30 minutes later. Two days later, still feeling the effects of the bad scallops. Everything else was wonderful. There was four of us, and everyone else had fantastic food. And Doug our waiter was one of the best at his job.

I tried Final Cut on Friday November 1st 2019. From the time I arrived for my reservation until I paid my server, I received excellent service. The greeter and my server stand out as providing me answers to my questions and suggested menu items. The food was delicious. If you have the chance to visit, make a reservation in advance, and enjoy a wonderful meal.

Evening was absolutely wonderful. Our waitress was exceptional, keeping our glasses full and being sure we had everything for a beautiful romantic dinner. The food was cooked exactly as ordered and fast. We made reservations and were seated promptly. Will always think of this restaurant first for a classy delicious meal that won't be a disappointment.

Everything was as expected. Lightning needs to be reduced over tables. Quite bright for dinner.

Terrible experience. Took 20 minutes to get drinks and over an hour to get food. Place wasn’t even busy either...filet was also overcooked.

We had an excellent dinner at the Final Cut on Saturday night. It was our anniversary and our server wished us a happy anniversary when we sat down. We ordered a steak and scallops and split them up. Both meals were delicious! They also provided us with a piece of cheesecake to celebrate and she offered to take our picture.

We were very disappointed with the steaks we ordered (Filets) they had no flavor at all. The sides were to be family size and there was barely enough to serve o e person. However the desserts were good. I woukd not recommend this restaurant

I will be straight forward...food was very good, server was excellent but lack of management response to a situation causes major point loss in my book. As we were having conversation while awaiting our food the ceiling began to leak on one of our guests, started as couple of drops quickly escalating like a faucet had been turned on. She moved and we immediately alerted a nearby server who moved us to another table. Multiple staff members noted that this was a know issue of HVAC condensation at this table. REALLY? KNOWN ISSUE AND YOUR SEATING GUESTS THERE WITHOUT IT BEING FIXED. Server apologized but no management ever came by to acknowledge the incident nor apologize-very poor leadership in my book. Bet your bottom dollar had this been Ruby's, Ruth Chris, or Morton's Management would have been tableside in seconds. Not to mention neither of the aforementioned steakhouses do the Chefs/Cooks have to cut into the Steaks to determine what level they have been cooked, it is a feel, when you cut into the steak you loose juices that should have been sealed by the sear.

Our choice to celebrate special events is Final Cut. I think they have some of the best steaks in the greater Cincinnati area.

As always the food was outstanding and the service was superb. Will continue to be more than satisfied customers.

I had the best filet of my LIFE here. We love Final Cut! In fact we will be visiting them again September 7th we like it so well.

Price was a little much for the add on seafood. It was great though.

Our food was excellent but the Waitress was not very attentive and seemed very timid. We have always had better service in the past.

The food was delicious, but very expensive. We ordered the side of asparagus and it was a very small amount. For the price, you would think they could give you a little more.

This steakhouse is on the same par as STK at Cosmopolitan Las Vegas which is Excellent.

The Final Cut rivals aby steakhouse in greater Cincinnati. Steaks always come out cooked perfectly, all the sides are great too! My brother had the sea bass, and said it was outstanding. Service is always great, and we have never had a bad meal in 10 years.

Been multiple times great every time. It's a must!

Have eaten here many times but was disappointed this time. Ordered Lobster and the shells of both were blackened and burned! The lobster had the burned taste to it and was not good. No drink refills offered also.

Service was terribly slow despite the restaurant being empty. For a high end steakhouse the food was just ok.

For the price, I would expect the entrée portion to be larger.

Buyer beware!!!!! If you dine with 5 other people they will put an automatic tip on your bill labeled OTHER. They’ll do this even if it’s three separate checks. They won’t mention that so it’s easy to overlook it. Our server received a 38% tip by accident. My friend even tipped an additional 25% on his bill which meant she got 43% tip. The service and food wasn’t worth that at all.

Check you tab very carefully because they certainly won’t mention it. More like a scam!

We’ll never be back!

Although the food and service were both excellent, the piped in "high tech" (for lack of a better description) music was terrible and extremely annoying. It certainly didn't match the general atmosphere and decor of the restaurant. When we mentioned to both of our servers how annoying the repetitious beat of the "music" was, they both agreed and commented that many customers have complained about it. Maybe some Sinatra to match the atmosphere???

The shrimp tempura is awesome ... save one to eat with your amazing 20 ounce thick cut New York strip ... the mac n cheese was lacking a little bit but a great place to eat
