Great service, lovely relaxes atmosphere, great vegan options!

Food for friends is one of my favorite Brighton restaurants. I can’t wait to go back!

Gotta say I was pleasantly surprised at just how good this place is having loved in Brighton for the best part of a few years. I started on the way out "its criminal we haven't been here".

All in all fantastic food and the service was sublime well done to the team here

Everything was great with the exception of the Negoni I ordered. It was not mixed enough to chill it. It was served with a slice of Orange not zest. My roast dinner was cold.

Service, starters and table was excellent.

So many places through theCovid crisis make customers feel as though they are imposing. Staff can be regimental about safety. None of the above is true for Food for Friends. Looking forward to returning in the new year

Friendly homely and delicious vegetarian food. Everything i’ve ever ordered in this restaurant has been utterly delicious. Love this place and it always lives up to my expectations when celebrating special ocassions

Food was delicious of course but more than anything the staff were just so lovely and patient with us and so accommodating!

We had an absolutely delicious meal of carrot blini, spiced cauliflower, feta salad and bao buns. The staff were very welcoming, especially to our quiet puppy. Lovely Xmas window decorations.

I love fff, I've been enjoying their delicious food for years. It's always lovely to be able to choose anything from a menu. Beautiful!

Their vegan feta is unreal!
And brought a complimentary truffle out for my birthday

An iconic vegetarian restaurant with outstanding service - SO nice to have all vegetarian dishes as opposed to one or two, fabulous vegan options too and lovely drinks, cocktails, organic wine and soft drinks, very impressed will definitely be back- thank you!!!

One of the 2 best veggie restaurants in Brighton, and probably the oldest. They celebrate their 40th anniversary in 2021.

Excellent service. Delicious tasty food, we had starters and main, which were very generous proportions! Didn’t really need a starter but we managed as it was so delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent staff, atmosphere, food. The bbq corn ribs were incredible, the roast delicious, but the salad wasn’t great: vegetables not well roasted and served semi-warm.

Absolutely loved our dinner on Saturday night. The welcome through the door, our waiter and food was exceptional. Lovely evening - and we are not vegetarians. Would highly recommend to all diets.

Amazing first experience at Food For Friends! Service was excellent, really attentive and friendly. The food was exceptional, everything was beautifully presented and tasted delicious! Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking to try some adventurous, tasty, plant based food!

This was my second visit (years apart) to Food for Friends and it did not disappoint. The tofu bao buns were amazing, the service was excellent and the place had such a positive atmosphere in these difficult times.

The food was absolutely delicious and the staff very welcoming.

So I love this place, and the food is good. But you pay for it. 7 quid for sweetcorn ribs. What is one corn in the cob dipped in bbq sauce, waiters and waitresses are wonderful, and the atmosphere is very cosy, it is a must try venue

I haven’t been to this restaurant for some years but now both of my children are vegetarian it seemed a good option. I must say it was exceptional. It was a quiet evening due to the Covid restrictions so it wasn’t busy. It felt very warming and Christmassy, the decorated window looks incredible . The service and food was excellent and I had the best cocktail I’ve ever had! I have already recommended that the restaurant has several friends. It also felt very safe in terms of Covid measures and everything was very clean.

Amazing food - the corn on the cobs 'ribs' you could nibble like real ribs was so inventive. Everything was really delicious and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The staff the food and the atmosphere was just right uncluttered and very attended friendly but not in your face one tip don't order to much food large lovely big potions so cheers

The crispy cauliflower and bao buns were AMAZING! Then the Burger came as a main, the middle was cold and bun was very dry...a disappointing note to end on :/

Delicious food, we shared the small plates between us and struggled to choose a favourite. Lovely waitress too, even the other guests were smiley people.

Such a superb dinner - wonderful staff. We left feeling nourished.

Lovely cosy restaurant serving great vegan and vegetarian food. Service was friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to go back !
