From the moment you step inside, the vibrant atmosphere and intoxicating aroma of spices transport you straight to the heart of New Orleans. from Roger, the manager, whose passion for the restaurant and its authentic cuisine was immediately apparent. Our server, Marie was attentive and knowledgeable, expertly guiding us through the menu and offering insightful recommendations. Sadekwa, the bartender, crafted us delicious cocktails that perfectly complemented the bold flavors of the food. We had the crab claws, Creole spinach dip, bbq shrimp, & lamb chops with sautéed spinach everything was immaculate!

Seriously, do yourself a favor and check out Java! I've been there a bunch of times at different hours, and it never fails to impress. Their brunch is a must-try, with a fantastic variety of options, especially when paired with a specialty coffee. Lately, I’ve been obsessed with the pour-over from Costa Rica. As someone who’s a bit picky about coffee, I often struggle to find places that serve extraordinary brews, but I finally found one here! I love their grab-and-go concept for those days when I'm short on time but craving good coffee it's super convenient and totally hits the spot when I'm in a rush. When the evening rolls around, the vibe shifts to something even more elegant, complete with a totally different menu. The dishes are seriously well-crafted and come with an awesome variety. I don’t drink a lot, but when I do, I like it to be something special. The espresso martini and the margarita flight are definitely my top picks! And let me tell you about the service it’s top-notch! Last time I went there with some close friends, as soon as we walked in, we were seated at the table we reserved, and our server, Tim, was always a step ahead of us. I really appreciate that! He was super friendly and efficient, making it easy to order because he really knows how to read your tastes and recommend something great.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Copper Canyon in Silver Spring, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was outstanding, with every dish prepared to perfection and packed with flavor. Whether you’re there for a casual meal or something more formal, you won’t be disappointed. What truly set the experience apart was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, professional, and accommodating, making sure everything was just right for our business meeting. Despite a bustling environment with a high volume of customers chatting around us, the service never faltered. The ambiance was vibrant yet comfortable, creating a perfect setting for both business and social gatherings. I highly recommend Copper Canyon to anyone looking for excellent food, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The food was AMAZING per usual. Service was great, atmosphere was a vibe. I had the seafood grits, vanilla bean french toast and chicken. Everything was perfect, I also had bottomless mimosas! This is my second time and will most certainly be back AGAIN!
