Birthday, Rocco was awesome!

So glad to finally get a meal at Giada’s again. The shut down has been tough on those of us that still travel to LAS frequently for work. Giada is a go to for me. Can’t wait to come back again.

Excellent atmosphere for an elegant date night or anniversary. Comfortable seating and stylish. The food was wonderful. We ordered the tomahawk steak and the scallop risotto. The steak was good but it was a little to charred tasting for me. I would have preferred more butter and salt. The egg on top didn’t give it enough juicy ness for me. The risotto was wonderful but a small portion for an entree. It needs to be considered more of a side dish. We have been there for brunch on another occasion and found that to be a better value (amount of food for the money) than dinner. Overall it was a pleasant experience and our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.

Celebrated our Anniversary dinner here after watching Giada on a food network special with Bobby Flay where they toured Italy. Needless to say, our Italian dinner was quite a disappointment. Started with the oysters, they seemed a little frozen, paired mignonette had slid off the oysters onto the platter, romaine salad arrived, asked for fresh cracked pepper & was brought a dish of table pepper. What fancy restaurant doesn't have fresh cracked pepper for salads? Which led me to believe the cacio e Pepe pasta dish I had ordered would at least have cracked fresh pepper?? Nope, it too had table pepper. The pasta was bland to say the lease and reminiscent of Olive Garden Alfredo sauce. Our saving grace was that the service was attentive & the bottle of wine ordered was superb. Overpriced and underwhelming meal to say the least.

Great service and atmosphere. The food was subpar for the cost. Risotto still had water in the bottom of the bowl. Lobster ravioli was over cooked and seasoned. Had planned this for my daughters birthday and honestly disappointed. With so many other options in Vegas we will not return.

Ordered 2 tasting menus with a friend for our birthdays. Going to a celebrity restaurant on the strip you expect to pay a premium, but the quality / quantity of food was 1:2 vs price. The restaurant is probably trying to cover their high rent and union labor. There was also no sort of birthday treat. Glad I tried Giada, but this LV local will not be returning.

Our server, Lauren made our evening so outstanding! She was fun, attentive, made incredible suggestions and had a ton of fun with us throughout our experience. Loved her! We’ll be back. Thank you so much!

Everything was wonderful and I can’t wait to return. Our waiter went above and beyond. Perfect food and evening. We ordered the tasting and I highly recommended to enjoy the complete menu.

We have been to Giada’‘s many times and I’ve always very much enjoy our experience. We had dinner the previous two nights at Beauty and Essex and STK. We dined with friends and they were very excited for this experience. I asked for a table with a view of the Bellagio fountains a couple of months ago when I made my reservation. Our table was kind of down the hallway with a view from only two seats and the other two seats overlooked the escalator. The menu was extremely limited due to Covid so I can’t fault the restaurant for that but the lack of many items on the menu was disappointing nonetheless. Service was decent but I will have to think long and hard about coming back on our next trip in a couple or months.

Best meal I've had in months! Every course was fantastic. Some items from the normal menu are not available. But it's a small price to pay for wonderful food.

Giada’s restaurant is special. Every time I come to Vegas I eat here. The food is spectacular . It is a comfortable environment, I always feel like I am sitting in her home. This is not any Italian feast, it is a culinary experience.

Sat at the bar and had dinner our bartender/server was very attentive and grateful that we came in, did enjoy our time, the lemon spaghetti with shrimp is wonderful. Your in Vegas so a bit pricey but we always go when in town...

COVID restrictions really put a damper on this usually superior, romantic and elegant dining experience. The main courses were excellent; but no bread, no placemats, no menus (other than online) - all lowered the experience after high expectations.

Wonderful dinner and they brought us a glass of champagne to help celebrate my husband’s birthday!!

We ordered the Filet with mashed sweet potatoes. Not being a fan of sweet potatoes, wasn't expecting to be blown away but OMG were the potatoes delicious! They had bits of pancetta mixed in. One of the best meals we've had there! The lobster was sweet and buttery! Service, excellent as usual.

We had a wonderful romantic dinner for our anniversary. The food was great good temperature. We told the waiter that we were in a schedule and he did a great job keeping us on track.

We enjoyed our New Years Eve dinner at Giada. The restaurant was elegant, the food was great, and the service was excellent. I definitely want to dine at the restaurant when the regular menu is available and not just a prix fixe menu.

The service was amazing but the chef menu for New Years was not worth it. The chicken was just two pieces of chicken and no sides. I could have gotten fried chicken at a fast food and not paid so much. Again the service was amazing. The food was okay.

Great food

Great food but New Years menu was well over the normal menu prices. Was not allowed to order from the a-la-cart menu from or nice window table so had to move to the bar. Service and food quality were excellent.

Went to celebrate my birthday dinner at Giada’s it was amazing. Our 3rd time back and truly enjoyed it.

Haven’t been out for awhile and decided to take my wife out. Gaida was a nice surprise! I haven’t visited the Cromwell since it was rebranded over 10 yrs ago. Their romaine salad was excellent followed by the lobster ravioli. My wife had the Italian fried chicken. She said it was great! The layout was nice, but the view could’ve been better. We will certainly visit again.
