the service was great. the food was OK I was thinking it was going be more choice but i understand. The set up was good with the glove so that was safe . me and the Ladies have a good time. Thank you Teresa C.

I believe the scrambled eggs were powder instant. The bacon was awful, sausage gravy was too salty, the fried shrimp was not fresh fried, we are in Florida I think the shrimp was purchased from a supplier, eggs Benedict has spiral baked ham on it & eggs did not have yokes and also had egg shells in my husbands eggs.
I did enjoy the fresh sweet strawberry’s & waffle. For $18.00 per person that was a very expensive waffle & 2 strawberry’s
The service was very good & our server was very attentive.
Probably will not go back unless things improve.

As always the food was great. If you like crab this is the place to go. A good value for the money. If you leave hungry it's your fault.

Got to Gigi’s about 10 minutes early and they were so accommodating and let us in and showed us our seating.
We were familiarized of their Covid-19 rules and ways and were very patient with the whole group.
The buffet area is very clean and properly arranged as to Covid-19 protocol ..distancing and mask and gloves wearing.
Food was great snd the price was affordable. The seafood were all cooked just right. The desserts were marvelous.
The staffs were very professional and friendly.
Gigi’s will be our best buffet place to go. Will recommend to friends and family.
This was our family Christmas celebration or get together.

IF you are looking for Great Snow Crab Legs All You Can Eat this is the Place!

Me and my husband have been going to gigi's for years. There snow crab buffet is outstanding alittle pricy but worth it. The customer service is outstanding and very efficient and friendly. We reccomend gigi's to everyone.

Our waitress, Wendy, was an utter delight! She always made sure that our table was free of clutter and that we were constantly topped off! Would highly recommend her to anyone.

If you love Crab Legs this is the place to go. They even provide excellent tools to get them open. I believe I ate 5 bunches (2 plates). The other food looked amazing but I went for the crab.

Basically went for the crab leg buffet, the crab legs were good, but the prime rib wasn't the best, it was decent but a little on the chilly side and not much flavor for prime rib, desert was included but normally when you pay you fifty bucks for a buffet you would think they would give you a free cup of coffee with your dessert and charge $2.50 for a cup of coffee.

Best all you can eat crab in Jacksonville Fl, Friday and Saturday night buffet.

It was my hubby's birthday. He was so full that he couldn't pickup his table napkin. He and the rest of the family loved it.

Food and selection was good. Followed good COVID-19 protections.

Didn’t have half of a buffet as before the Coronavirus. Not worth the money, which was still the price before the Coronavirus Won’t return, and we used to be a huge fan of Gigi’s and was a regular customer. Sorry!!!

I love Gigi’s; we came for a quick weekend getaway SPECIFICALLY to have the crab legs!
COVID made this experience odd, and so much less to choose from on the buffet; they did bring out an appetizer, and offered desert, but if you cannot operate normally then discount your buffet. The service was great as always.

The price went up and it is no longer not worth it.

Service was not great, options were not worth the price, and the coffee was not good. We were very disappointed, even considering covid issues. It will be a long time before we come back if ever.

Gigi’s is usually good, but this past weekend was a little off. Lady serving the crab legs was slow & acted as if she couldn’t understand & was reluctant to fill particular requests. Food selection on the bar was not up to par for the price being paid. Also, mask wearing among guests, especially attending the buffet line was not strictly enforced as has been in the past. Things seemed to be a little chaotic from what I’m used to when visiting this restaurant.

Reservation and seating were handled very efficiently. Food, service and value are excellent. My son's and I will be back soon. Thank you!

Our waitresses are the best. The way the team handled us from intake to exit was excellent. Phenomenal job in caring for all the patrons in service and attention to detail to ensure the buffet was safe, clean and maintaned social distance standards. Awesome restaurant backed by an awesome team!

Gigi’s at Ramada was the first time we ate there for brunch. I wanted to try it as I have eaten there before during lunch during the week. It actually exceeded expectations. Staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us everything we asked for. I would definitely recommend it with quite a variety to choose from.

This was a very relaxing experience. I will definitely do this again. I am excited to try Sunday brunch.

Food was just ok... eggs kinda hard, no chicken it was Drumettes, grits was horrible. Ask waitress for cheese she acted like it was a sin, like I didn’t need cheese.

The mimosa was, a little expensive and wasn’t that good.

This place is really a disappointment. The crab legs were OLD. The selection was not as good under their new Covid kitchen. They brought a huge plate of appetizers that I did not pick out. The crackers on the app plate were stale. It was a WASTE of food. I did not eat any of it except the boiled shrimp which were also very OLD tasting and hard to peel. I felt really bad about this place and will never go back. For the money, it is SOOOOOOO not worth it. Total rip off.

The prime rib was tough, and chewy. The crab legs were WAY overcooked and the meat wouldn't pull from the shell. We were very disappointed. Not worth what we paid. The employees were very good.

Increase selections, food was mostly cold, even the hot dishes..most all you eat crab leg places charge 30., not 50. Just not enough selections, even the Brazilian steak places are 100% better and no music just a boring experience

Ut was not the full buffett and was disappointed in the crab legs they were very small and very hard to get out and there was not all the vegetables and other things that used to be on bar that were not wont go back unless they open full buffet and get regular large crab legs back
