Made reservations within a hour.Arrived a few minutes late, but hostess was very curtious and lead us to a table right away. Food was very good from appetizers to dessert & coffee. Waiter was warm and very professional. Waitress kept my water glass filled at all times. Soft music and relaxing ambiance. Definitely would visit again!

The food and service was great. So happy to be there and felt safe.

Both our meals were over cooked. The flavor was great, you could just tell they left certain meat and seafood on too long to the point that it was beyond well done. We ordered skirt steak medium rare and I had frutta del mare, my shrimp was tough to chew and cold

Food was delicious. Service was good. I loved their Caesar salad and tuna entree. I was happy to see several fish entrees on the menu. I will definitely be coming back again with my family!

Came hear on New Year’s Eve. Was very pretty on the inside, and the waiter was with us right away. Only issue I had was with the seafood. Caught a grain of sand in a few muscles but I get it happens. Definitely worth a try.

At outside and tables were well spread apart. Thin crust pizza was delicious and Brussel sprouts. Appreciated the attentive service especially because although it was a warm day, but outside area is in front of a large building so the sun was blocked and it was chilly for the staff to keep coming outside.

Terrific food and attentive service. Suggestion relative to noise level, inquire before booking as to whether there will be a party of some type (we found ourselves coping with a bridal shower, at times simply couldn't think, much less converse). Outside of that, if there's no party that might tend to be loud the restaurant is highly recommended.

This is one of my favorite local restaurants. the food is not outstanding but always reliably good, and the menu is varied enough for all my picky eater friends. The service is reliably good and I like the wide outdoor sidewalk space they have which makes for a pleasant dining experience. I don't know what they will do come winter and they haven't made any plans for a tent or a way to keep their patrons warm.

Avoid the veal parmigiana! All other meals were fine.

I was very impressed by everything with Graziella's. We received the recommendation by friends who had their rehearsal dinner there. I booked a large party for outside a few weeks in advance. I was able to add to the reservation with no problem. The week of I received another phone call, and the day before a final confirmation with the offer to have hot and cold antipasto for the table. They set up a wonderful table for us outside for my husbands surprise party. Overall everyone was very impressed with the food. The service was on point, friendly, and the owner came to thank us. I thought it was very reasonably priced, and was thrilled with the result of the night. We will certainly be back.

The food is always good here! The crispy chicken spring rolls are soo good for an appetizer. Staff was very nice and attentive. I’m glad that they have outdoor seating. Hopefully they’ll invest in heat lamps since it’s getting cooler at night and most people are doing outdoor dining.

Usually our go to restaurant, however, tonight it was very, very disappointing. The roast chicken dish was very dry and the special NY Strip steak was tough.

The first thing I liked about this restaurant was that they allowed us to book a table outdoors. Our table was ready when we got there. The service was very good. We were allowed to sit and have a drink and talk with friends without being rushed. The food came hot and on time. My chicken parm was delicious although my husband didn’t love his seafood dish. Everyone else seemed to like their dishes. The bill was high but we had a few drinks, appetizers and entrees.

Sadly the service was terrible. Waited over 40 minutes for dinner and the place is running at 1/2 capacity. Food was good. Just wish the service was better

We've been to Graziella's many times. The pros of this is that the food is consistently good. The only con is that you start to realize that, while you'll never have a bad meal here, the food is somewhat dull and around the margins (e.g., Italian bread sub-par) there's not a lot to get excited about. To be fair I have yet to try the daily specials but they usually don't appeal to my palate. Good news is that their outdoor seating is very nicely spaced with little foot or car traffic in the mix. Will still consider this a 'go to' spot in White Plains but only as a reliable standby. In the scheme of things that isn't so bad right?!

Service was a little slow on a busy Saturday night, but waiter was pleasant and helpful.

I was a bit disappointed that our usual waiter, Pat, was not there, but our service was excellent, and our waiter was great!

A lawyer in White Plains recommended this restaurant to us and nd we love it and have been there many times! Can’t get enough of it. So glad to hear there is one in Mt. Kisco now. Closer to where we live. We won’t forget the White Plains Location!!!

Nothing about this restaurant is less than outstanding. The service is not only wonderful,everyone who works there are genuinely friendly and care about what you think about the food. Nice menu and generous portion in a pleasant setting. Highly recommended.

Reservations were easy,table was ready-valet parking so convenient.Very,very nice attentive staff all around.Food is good and authentic Italian dishes. Restaurant is spacious for a comfortable dining experience and even when full with patrons you can have a quiet conversation at your table. A great spot in White Plains.

Everyone enjoyed their meal very much, our waiter was excellent and friendly. My only issue was that I ordered the Seafood Scampi and the shrimp were a bit overdone, but most of all the small portion of vegetables tasted like they were from a box of frozen Birdseye vegetables. That was disappointing. Other than that, however, our party of five people was treated very well, we had a brief birthday celebration, delicious appetizers and desserts. The polenta with shrimp and bacon was amazing. I will certainly go to Graziella's again!

Always a great meal at Gracie's and the portions trump all other good Italian favs.
