   My favorite restaurant in Greensboro. My grouper was perfectly prepared and the accompaniments were so delicious and paired well. The space is beautiful and the service was impeccable.

   I absolutely love this restaurant. The server must’ve been off. He was constantly spilling ice as he poured our water. He never cleared our plates and took forever to give us the check. He was however very sweet.

    Food was amazing and so was service! We had the breakfast flat bread and toad in the hole and it was amazing! This is 5 star dining at the same price (actually a bit cheaper 👀) as Cracker Barrel! We were thoroughly impressed with the food and service and will definitely be coming back!!

    Food was really good. I had the paprika scallops . However all the food is served layered together and I prefer mine separated. Also the white beans are taste like baked beans. My husband had the filet mingon and it was cooked perfectly. But again, stacked on top of the mashed potatoes and wilted greens.

    The weather was fantastic so we were able to sit outside on the terrace. The atmosphere was great. Unfortunately, the food ( I ordered the filet and my wife ordered the scallops) was mediocre at best. The filet appeared to be an end cut because of the amount of gristle. The filet was paired with a sweet sauce that just threw the flavor off. The scallops were in a similar sweet sauce and were served in a campfire baked beans concoction. Just not a great pairing in my opinion. Lastly, our waitress was nice however she wasn’t very attentive. We went long periods of time without her checking in on us and we had to give our credit card and bill to another associate that we flagged down because she never returned to collect our payment in a timely manner. We had high hopes for GVG however with our subpar experience, we won’t be returning.

    Probably our favorite restaurant in Greensboro, both for special lunches and dinners. Food is always great and our service last night was outstanding (wish I could remember our server's name but I can't-she was excellent). My only criticism is that in the past year, the overall friendliness/hospitality level of staff has gone down, particularly those at the reservation/check-in desk. Last few times, the people at the desk seemed to have the attitude that we were privileged to be there, rather than we were very welcomed to have come. Servers' attitudes/level of attentiveness and pleasantness varies more than it should (2 dinners ago our server was not nearly as pleasant as she should have been). We don't want hovering or bowing and scraping, but we do want (and should be able to expect) a warm welcome with a smile, and knowledgeable and attentive service throughout our dining experience.

    Great place to celebrate a special occasion or for a nice dinner date at anytime. Service and and food was great ! I love they are awesome at preparing my food gluten free due to having celiac . That is a huge blessing for me !

    Our group had four different items, and each of us enjoyed what we ordered (salmon, salmon salad, chicken salad on croissant, and another salad I don't remember.) I was able to substitute soup for french fries at no charge and with not even a raised eyebrow from the server. I arrived a bit early and was seated promptly, giving me a chance to look around. The staff level was excellent both in terms of wait staff and observable kitchen staff (open kitchen). We were all extremely pleased.

    I’ve been to Green Valley twice, and the second time i decided to propose to my now fiancé, the staff was super helpful and friendly, and they made it seem like they were excited to help me with it, i couldn't have asked for a better turn out. i will forever be a customer at Green Valley Grill. 10/10 RECOMMENDED

    First time ever dining here and I had a great time. Except the entree was not that tasteful. Didn't even finish half of it. I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken. The green beans were great though.

    Green Valley Grill has been "Outstanding" across the board for years. Congratulations to whomever is keeping the standard as high as ever. Food, service and ambience all rate top-notch, and the classical background music selections all sound remarkably familiar to blend it all together.

    I’m a frequent customer here and Printworks. I use open table a lot. We were 45 minutes early for a 1 pm reservation on Saturday March 18. The hostess said she’ll let us know closer to 1 pm so we took a seat. As I was looking at Open Table, a 1230 bar table opened so I changed to that and went back to her. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to look at her screen, so her colleague beside her sat us instead. She may not be having a good day but maybe more training will help her?
