Gustoso Ristorante & Enoteca
Cestino di pane
Gustoso was excellent as always. All dishes lovely.
Gustoso. Your local Trattoria. We love you.
Really attentive service in a traditional & classy venue.
Very good authentic Italian food and pleasant atmosphere
Lovely food is a really nice setting - a hidden gem I’d say :)
I have eaten here a number of times and really enjoy the atmosphere and the food is always great quality.
Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with a friend. Food was excellent. Will definitely go back again.
A lovely restaurant tucked away behind Vauxhall Bridge Road. You wouldn’t know it was there if someone didn’t tell you. Delicious food and impeccable service. Only thing I’d criticise is the decor which is a bit cold and actually rather ugly. I shall definitely go back.
Staff great. Food epic. Love the place.
We had a lovely ladies lunch at this wonderful restaurant. Gem of a find. We will be returning!
Very good food, very good service! Overall and excellent experience. Would definitely return.
As a family of 4 we had an amazing meal with great service here. The atmosphere was great, the food authentic and so good and the service attentive. Definitely recommend coming here!
Excellent array of food on the menu, courteous, well turned out, attentive, but non-intrusive staff, nice ambiance, ‘slow food’ approach, and artistically tasty fare. Excellent value from money and what a restaurant should be. Gracie mille.
We have been to Gustoso’s many times and we are always happy with the food and service in a homely setting. The staff made us feel very comfortable and confident with Covid-19 care.
Delicious food and great environment. On a nice quiet street
Great meal with family and took advantage of eat out to help out scheme. Fanatic food and service
A lovely restaurant in Pimlico, very welcoming staff and delicious food. We had a most enjoyable family lunch with wonderful home made pasta.
Very nice local 'old fashioned' or is that 'genuine' Italian restaurant. Very good with Covid guidance.
We were very pleased to be back at Gustoso for the first time in months. Takeaways are just not the same. I had bruschetta followed by seabass with the tomato crust and two white wine spritzers - a perfect lunch for a warm day and cooked just as I would want it to be.
Good that this excellent local restaurant has reopened. Food usual good quality. Staff first class. Ambiance a bit effected by COVID as not as busy as usual, hope people return in numbers soon.
Lovely food and great service- people need to get out there and support them!
A gem in Westminster. A true local Italian, family owned and with great menu. The service is always top notch, going out of their way to make everyone welcome. One small comment? portion sizes could be slightly more... well, more.
Still, we go back often for the many delicacies, crab linguine, calves liver, cacio e pepe...
we had a really great evening with extremely friendly staff and fabulous food
at this time it is so difficult for local restaurants so I was very happy to support such a great establishment especially when they open up for us
A good old fashioned neighbourhood Italian with a very good fixed price lunch menu and very reasonable a la carte too.
They got my order wrong but I liked the dish that they brought by mistake! To be fair, I have been here many times and I have never known that happen before; this restaurant is usually completely reliable in every way. The staff are especially nice and friendly.
Friendly staff. Good food and wine. Like this place
Tucked away from the crowds of Victoria Street this is a wonderful Italian restaurant that serves really tasty food, with a specials board that is changed daily and some interesting twists of flavour. Like to take friends there for a special lunch with attentive service. Recommend Carasau so crispy, and delicious with a glass of chilled Pinot Grigio, the salmon is superb and the Lemon Cake so moist. I had the enjoyed the Affogato which helped stop me falling asleep at my desk when back in the office. Will no doubt be back again soon.
It was a lovely evening with lovely food and friendly service
I went there for my first date with a wonderful lady
Th food was wonderful
The manager was so helpful with bringing the perfect wine and liquor for our deserts
But the waitress totally ruined the service
Cause she brought 1 desert and walked away
Without even remembering to bring mine
And I waited 3-4 minute before I could tell anyone
And the manager released what had happened
But overall the restaurant was wonderful
+ Good service
+ Fair priced
+ For central London not too busy or loud
+ They had a special menu which didn’t include any of our favourite dishes. The only reason we booked it for Valentine’s Day was because we wanted our favourite dishes.
+ Felt very rushed like they wanted us to eat and get out ASAP whereas we prefer a leisurely evening. We tried our best to fend off the waitress but she was hovering constantly asking what our selection is.
Tip to restaurant:
+ Don’t limit your menu on special occasions. I mean an Italian restaurant without lasagne??!?!
+ Don’t rush your guests. Ask if they want to take their time or if they want everything ASAP. You will find most people just want to take it easy. This isn’t Wagamama.
The restaurant was a lovely place for a valentines evening meal. It is located on a quiet back street and has low level background music so we could talk. The only thing that was a downside was that it was a special menu for that day and we were a little confused by it, We both made good choices though
Friendly staff, very accommodating my Grandson wanted something that wasn’t on the menu and they happily obliged.
A good value neighbourhood restaurant that remains deservedly popular in this area. The only minor criticism that I have is that the wine is probably less good value for money than the food.
I have been here several times as it used to be the best Italian in the neighbourhood. It was half empty and we were shown to a cramped table, wedged between other occupied tables. I let it go as there was a very noisy group of diners half way down and I did not want to be any closer. The food is always good here and they usually have a very friendly and efficient maitre d who conducts proceedings. The waiter could not have cared less, totally indifferent, bordering on rude. We were eventually able to order, the starters came quickly enough, the main course 25 minutes after, basically had to shout at him to get a dessert menu.
This is a pity as it used to be a good restaurant. They now have much competition but don’t seem to have stepped up to the plate. Very disappointing.
A gem of a restaurant. Has a really "local" feel. Quiet and easy to talk to one's dinner companion. Good wine list and food and good value.
This was our first to Gustoso since the change in management. We entered a very smoky restaurant, their ventilator had broken down! A couple of open doors sorted the problem but plenty of cold air got in too!
The food was overall similar to previously, just a tat on the salty side, will remember to remind them if that next time.
Other than that and building a relationship with the new staff who were friendly, all’s good!
I have to say I was a bit concerned because Italian but the food we ate was as I would do at home if not better. The ambience was nice and the staff all spoke Italian which was lovely too. The food was well priced and if I can make only one suggestion is to have some wine selection of wine under the £20 price tag.
I will definitely go back again and this time bring my family.
I always love the amazing food at Gustoso. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the atmosphere relaxed but not too noise - perfect for lunch and dinner!
Good restaurant that I use when in London with work.
