We had a very good meal
Service was on point every member staff was polite and available
Incredible food, attentive service, attractive interior
Great ambience. Good dim sum and generally good food. Definitely a dining experience. Service was a little slow from our server but the food was good and came up piping hot and quickly. Be ready to spend some serious £ but a good experience nonetheless.
Haven’t eaten here in over 10 years, so to find the food was as good as how I remembered it to be was very pleasing.
Attentive staff and a perfect wait between courses I ‘still’ highly recommend Hakkasan.
We had the Dragon menu for two, the duck starter was the highlight and there wasn’t any dish that disappointed.
On drinks the smoked negroni was quality.
The venue handled COVID reasonably well, there was decent spacing between tables but not as much care by reception.
Used to be more of event rocking up at the discreet entrance but on Saturday it was a circus and typical Instagram cliche.
All in all a good visit and worth it.
We were shown to a table that hadn't been cleaned. The staff cleaned it whilst we were sat there. I think this is a pretty serious failure given the current situation. The waiter rushed us to order reminding us of the 2hr table limit...I didn't think that was necessary pressure as we didn't really take long to order. Halfway through our meal, they sat someone in the table right next to ours which I doubt was more than 1.5m away. I think they could do with more spacing during the pandemic if they are intent on packing people in.
The food was great though, as were the cocktails. I would return in better times just on the strength of this.
Amazing experience and amazing food. Thank you to everyone who made it a great day.
So when going to a high end restaurant in a place like Dubai you are treated like royalty and customers are on the same level. The staff are very friendly and flexible with the booking. Restaurant is amazing very high class and luxury. Food is amazing and we'll presented. Sadly the only let down was the next table to us was drunk pathetic kids next to us, shouting screaming all night wearing sports clothes. Those typical east London council estate people! Demanding shots every second. Apart from that it is an amazing restaurant. Just wish they kept it more classy.
Great service , love the food. Crispy Duck Salad is my favourite !
First time at Hakkasan and probably won't be back. Decided to have a dinner there after having a great experience at Sake no Hana.
Hakkasan Hanway is a stunning venue however on our evening it was very loud. We were seated next to a big party of people who were making so much noise we could hardly hear our conversation - luckily they left half way through our meal.
We had beautiful starters - squid and dim sum, iberico pork. Mains also great.
All accompanied by lovely cocktails.
Desserts were a let down for this level of dining. I had to return mine as it was frozen to the point I could not stick a fork into it (and that's after pouring hot chocolate sauce over it). Something you'd maybe expect in a cheap eatery but not Michelin starred place.
Service was superb 👌
Overall we had a good night but we won't be back.
The food tasted nice but it was really just overpriced Chinese. I can’t say it’s even the best I’ve had. £60 for noodles, chicken satay and a cocktail would have been perfectly okay if there was also a beautiful setting, but it was so dark and really quite plain design wise and architecturally, so nothing felt special about it at all. Went for a birthday celebration so expected to take some pictures but was told we were disturbing other diners with the flash, which is understandable, but for a restaurant that is aware customers like to take pictures, it didn’t seem like there was anywhere designed with that in mind. The service was perfectly normal, again, nothing special. They were polite and efficient and the food came in good time. Service charge was roughly £30 and it was just three of us. I’ve been told that the Mayfair location is better so I might give it a second chance. Wouldn’t not recommend, but also wouldn’t be my first suggestion for a special occasion.
Alpha who was our waiter made my husband’s birthday very special, and made sure we was well looked after, he also made space for our baby’s buggy. Thank you alpha
Speechless about what happened to this place post lock down!
My sons birthday.
Nice food, nice setting, did the brunch menu which was good value for money, relaxed enough to sit for a while with a cocktail
Excellent night. Great atmosphere. My bestie had a great birthday
The couple opposite us were so noisy I could barely hear my partner talking. One of our mains took over 30 minutes to come after receiving our other mains. All in all was a disappointing visit as I’ve been before many a times and never met with such disappointment
Stunning food and decor Thank You we will return again
Sadly seemed more expensive than normal. £25-35 per dish is a little too pricey. Food and atmosphere great though.
First time fine dining as a vegetarian )
It was a good atmosphere & we really enjoyed ourselves, just be aware the internet was a bit slow & there’s no service
Staff were lovely and the fix superb. Decide what you want to eat and drink before you arrive. Very difficult to browse the menu and drinks lists and then order using the technology. The menu tablet is awkward and not at all simple to use.
Great place to have good quality food accompanied by great service. Overall a great experience.
