We have two tables a total of ten people. The adult table our server was great but with our teen table the server had a bit of an attitude when one of our girls complained something was wrong with her food. Overall, it still was a good experience.

Very cool place to chill out and recharge. Nachos were incredible and the beer was excellent. Our waiter was one cool cat. Thanks for the experience.

Our family of 5, including 2 teenagers and a 10 year old, were seated on the first floor among several families with screaming babies and toddlers. It felt cut off from “the rest of the restaurant” as if there HAD to be more to it than this. All we could see was one room of tables, the bar, and the gift shop. The ambiance was cool; the screaming babies were not cool and the parents had no intention of quieting them down, not that the restaurant could have done much. It would have been nice if they’d offered to move us to a quieter area. Even our kids were annoyed. This building has several floors, so I’m sure they could have accommodated this.

I asked for a wine menu and they said they didn’t have one: big red flag for a restaurant that charges $20 for a salad. The service was slow; the server herself was slow and awkward. I watched her slowly move around the inside of the bar while I waited for my glass of house wine 🙄 She looked like she was lost or killing time, I couldn’t quite tell.
The menu was something I’d expect from Applebee’s, not a famous restaurant that’s only featured in major cities. If you just want a boring meal with a boring drink and a terrible atmosphere, save your money and just got to a crappy chain like Applebee’s or TGIFriday. Bout the same experience. Waste of time and money. We spent more at the Gift Shop than our tab, only because I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Server was very attentive. Excellent service. Food was ok. Not worth the $.

I’m a chill guy. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry, and am very patient when it comes to understanding why service is slow.

Because of the following events I lost my patience and left before even receiving a glass of water.

Had a reservation for 6:30 pm with a request for a high chair in my notes through open table. We arrived 10 minutes early and was immediately sat....at a 6 top table.....without a high chair.....in the Bar section!

When I go over to the host stand to ask for a high chair. I got it myself. After 5-7 minutes the bartender comes over to let me know he will be over shortly. He was the only bartender covering the bar and 4/5 tables in the bar area. I knew he had his hands full already, and at the 10 minute mark of no service I asked the host and manager to be moved to a normal 4 top in the dining room area. My request was granted as we carried our own high chair to the next table 30 feet away.

5 minutes later the server comes over to let us know she’ll be with us shortly. By this point, we’ve been in the Hard Rock for 15 minutes with not even a glass of water.

My problem was not with the bartender or server whom seemingly were not told they got sat because they had enough going on as it was. My issue with with the manager not doing anything other than hanging out by the host stand while we can’t seem to get any service.

As we’re leaving the manager asks if we are leaving. He contemplated speaking to us at all. He first saw us heading towards the door and walked over to “look” at the high chairs. After we’ve walked past the host stand he says “folks, are you all leaving”. When we let him know we’ve been here for 15 minutes with no service, his response was “sorry, I just got here” no ownership, apology, and offer to help with the situation.

What a let down.

Decent food. Seems like less menu items than before. Nachos were just ok. My husband loved his burger. Sundae was delicious.

Poor service, horrible food. The server only came once to check on us. The food was burnt and the chicken was dry. Very disappointed

We came here for a Birthday lunch for my niece and nephew. It was a great time and Josh the waiter made it all the more fun for the kids!

We had the BEST time at Hard Rock Inner Harbor!!! Brett & Dave treated us like rock stars!! I have missed this level of service & fun. They were so great! Every thing was very clean. The burgers, and the cookies & cream shakes were delicious. The fun was turned up to 11!! Thanks for a spectacular time! Bon Jovi & Def Leppard rock!😄😄😄

We came here for a celebration meal after a competition. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding !

We were greeted when we first walked in, which was heartfelt and very pleasant! We sat on the stage, which there are no words for! Our waitress Brett came to the table and we were in heaven for the entire experience! She is absolutely fantastic and took really good care of us! To make things even better the manager David came to our table and greeted us and spoke to us for a few minutes. This was a very nice touch. Whether your celebrating something or just eating out, I highly recommend the Baltimore Hard Rock!!!!

Music was incredibly loud for the minimal amount of people in there. Probably should be accounted for when there's less crowd noise... That being said, took an hour for our food (for the minimal people in there.)

Have a wonderful server Antoine and the manager came and greeted us personally. The social distancing practices were top notch as well. Will def be visiting again.

In the midst of COVID-19, it was nice to be able to actually eat indoors. The staff and the food was delicious. I strongly suggest that HRC bottle and sell their BBQ sauce. It is absolutely amazing and I think it would be a big seller.

Service was amazing from the hostess to the waitress and even the manager came by to check on us.

The Hard Rock Cafe is just not like I remember it to be and with the restrictions mandated its just not the same vibe. Service was great but for the price and food options just did not hit the mark for our Birthday Dinner. We were not familiar with the area and it appears we had much bettwr options.

The restaurant closed at 8, though the website stated 10. I reserved outdoor seating, but was advised outdoor closed early and that Ihad to wait to be seated indoors. The service was ok but slow for drinks. The only truly good thing aboit the experience was the music that played.

I had previously complained in my review. The GM reached out and was very apologetic and sincere.

One word of warning is that if you eat outside it is a smaller menu. Still could be more than enough to make you happy. Just make sure that you check the outdoor menu and indoor to see what your best choice would be.

My boyfriend and I went there for our anniversary, everything was wonderful

We made a reservation online bc we were coming in from out of town. We felt like celebrities. Everyone was sooo nice and treated us like we were rock stars. We had a great time and the food was yummy. Best sweet potato fries I have ever had!!! Trevin was our waiter and he was awesome. Forgot the managers name, but he was super awesome too!

There was a bone in my boneless chicken breast and there was a bug in my plate

The service was good. We were seated right away. Staff all wore masks. The food was high price for poor quality.

We had a very enjoyable experience! Staff was friendly, food was flavorful, music was great and the outside environment was perfect

Our waiter was wearing a mask as a chin strap. He leaned over our table (without a mask on) to talk to us and barely listened to our order. He brought the wrong drink, but was gone from the table before we even had the chance to tell him. The food came out cold and was missing utensils. Our waiter was MIA, so we had to wait before eating (steak, so couldn’t eat without a fork). Absolutely awful experience. Will not go back anytime soon. Staff does not care about COVID and does not take precautions to keep patrons safe (wearing a mask, gloves, not touching the TOP of beverages where the patron will drink out of, etc.)

Let me star by saying Our server was wonderful! The food was WAY over priced and wasn’t good. There was also a very limited menu (4 options for a entree) and that would have been fine but when I called to see if they were open I was told full menu. We spent $55 for 1 appetizer and 2 drinks (I did get the souvenir cup) but still. The food was cold and very dry. Now our server was very knowledgeable about the menu options especially the drink Options and checked up on us every 10 minutes or so and our water cups were never empty. So service 10/10 everything else.. 3/10.

This was our first time at Hard Rock, Baltimore. We sat outside on the water and it was very nice! Menu was small thanks to Covid, but our food was very good as was our service. We really appreciated that the burgers were cooked as ordered (medium and medium rare).
Service was good and manager came to table twice to check on us. Would recommend.
