Awesome food and awesome place kid friendly and great beer

I hadn't been to Hardrock since Covid. They are very clean and have made the whole facility spaced out for social distancing. You also are required to sanitize as you arrive and are given bags for your masks while you are eating. Staff is very polite and efficient. Menu is simple...this may be because of Covid(not sure). Here lies my dismay.....The prices are ridiculous. Yes I know I'm at Foxwoods and yes I know things cost more here. $24 for a burger is just disgusting. 4 of us got one drink each(without the over priced glass)....one appetizer for the table and 4 burgers with fries. Our bill was almost $200 with the tip. We could have gone to David Burkes for a 5 star meal for just a little more. The staff and server were amazing...bartender made a great drink...food was good but way over priced. Sorry Hardrock...I won't be going back again.

James is hands down the best waiter! He remembered us from the last time we were there and was great!

Lots of loud music but fun, menu needs a upgrade but it’s a fun place !

It was my birthday and the staff was amazing even in covid to ensure I felt like a queen!

Food was ok. Not as flavorful or attention getting as I expected. The ambiance was interesting but hard to actually see or focus on as it is high on walls. Some of the stuff could have come from anybody and you would not know that unless you got up and walked right up to it to read the labels.

The restaurant cleaning appeared to be very good. Our reservations was handled well. Drinks were good and service time was good.

I usually love eating at the Hard Rock but was disappointed this time. It was completely empty due to the pandemic but our food was not good. i ordered a grilled chicken salad and the chicken was like rubber. Basically just ate the lettuce and that’s it. Waitress was very friendly. i’d think twice before going again

The food was very good. They had a 2 and 3 course special which had some very nice choices. For the dessert course, I got an espresso martini. What a nice change. I wish they still had their spicy fries, but got the spicy dipping sauce and they were good. The menu does state it comes with spicy fries, so that needs to be changed, but it was all good, including the fabulous service.

I always enjoy The Hard Rock. Our family tries to get to every one we travel near. This one is a little small for size and not quite as exciting, however the service, food and atmosphere was as good as can be with the difficult times. Nice family meal deal too. We had the fajitas. They were good, not really a big meal, but good. 3 of us ate comfortably off it even though it touts being for 4-5. Certainly still a good enough deal at $49 for the 3 of us.

Matt was very attentive and the service was great. Food was delicious. We sat outside on their patio in the evening. The lights under the umbrellas were just the right brightness level. Everything was very clean and we felt comfortable. We will return.

It was an overall great time! We were seated right away and our waitress was so nice! The food was excellent and the mixed drinks were surprisingly strong for a chain restaurant! We always get the southwest egg rolls at the Boston location it was nice to see them at this location! Can’t wait to go back again.

Absolutely enjoyable! Food was terrific! Waitstaff pleasant and knowledgeable! Was amazing when it came to social distancing and cleanliness. Look forward to going back.

It has become our tradition to eat at the Hard Rock Cafe when we go to Foxwoods. My teen age children enjoy the music and videos and they always love the food.. We are happy when they are happy. Our food is always very good too! Our server was the best !!!

Food was so bad. Very bland no type of flavor. I couldn’t even save it with pepper and salt.

Food was good.
Green beans that came with the salmon needed seasoning though. They were served plain and the herb butter that came with the meal is slightly sweet.
Bangkok shrimp appetizer is AMAZING!
Twisted Mac and Cheese is delicious

Atmosphere was nice, lots of things to look at and talk about.

During pandemic:
Places in the back room, away form most of the memorabilia, and next to a constantly screaming child. I wish we could have been offered a different seat since the behavior seemed to be non stop and could be heard throughout the space.

Great venue and atmosphere. Food is good, but pricey for what it is. The options were limited but I think that was COVID related, The server was very friendly and attentive. The staff all have great personalities. A great option at Foxwoods, but again very expensive for what is basically burgers and pub food.

Excellent food and wait staff. they had us use purell before we were seated and were very attentive. Reasonable prices and wide variety of food choices. Rock and roll atmosphere was cool.

They took us in early which was great. Our waitress was very pleasant. the food took a little long to get. It was fine.
