   Been here a number of times and honestly it just gets better and better, the food is absolutely gorgeous, the menu has brilliant options to choose from and the service is amazing

   Absolutely fantastic first experience at this venue. Our server Sammy was excellent. First place anyone has ever checked for my allergy which is unusual and really made me confident about eating there. The atmosphere was great with fun and happy staff. Would highly recommend anyone visiting here

   Enjoyable experience with fantastic hostess sammy! Only thing was that the music was a touch too loud, couldn’t hear the other end of the table but we were a party of 7. I think for table of 4 it would have been great 😊 Overall we will be back!

   Great food and AMAZING service. Big thanks to Gill our waitress for being so on the ball with us. As soon as our drinks were done and back on the table, she was instantly there to get our refills. She made our night, I have never had such good service in any other restaurant untill going to hard rock cafe. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Great value for money.

   Food was so bad compared to previous visits, pulled pork sandwich was not pulled pork, it was some sort of frozen pork chunks in disgusting bbq sauce, nothing like what I’ve had before and I’ve had pulled pork from hard rock numerous times. Hamburger was tough and my daughters hot dog roll was hard. Service was fine but that doesn’t make up for cheap crap food.

   I had pre booked and when we got there we were offered a table next to kitchen entrance I asked to move and was told this is all they have even though there were more tables available which were never used. Keeled getting people pushing by staff and customers felt we were in the way all the time couldn’t relax at all. Food was just average for the price

    Value for money burgers are terrific and staff are very helpful just bit to quick come with the bill live music gives it good atmosphere but overall very good will be back here again.

    Very attentive. Great with the kids. Was very busy and we didn’t have to wait too long for our food. Amazing when you have hungry kids with you. Nice Mother’s Day touch. Was giving a lovely souvineer glass to take home. Can’t wait to go back again!

    Our first time at hard Rock glasgow. There was a varied, generous menu which made it difficult to choose. We had nachos to share which was enormous, we didn't finish as we wanted to enjoy our mains. Again, huge portions. Very enjoyable, nice waiting staff too.

    Service on drink orders were very poor with the last orders being incomplete meaning it was at least 35-40 mins from originally ordering to when my daughters mocktail was served to the table. Food was great and staff were great though!

    Ordered pint of Guinness(on St Patrick’s day) which took 45mins to arrive at my table by that time the starter had been finished and the pint of Guinness had came from a can and was hot, was charged almost £8 for it. The meal had been ruined by that point so it’s hard to comment of the food

    Food was ok. I had the same meal in London last month and the London one was much better. I didn’t eat the pulled pork and it was too soft and the sauce watery.

    The Apple cobbler pudding was not nice, the crumble part was too hard and clumps, there was a cream through the middle which really put me off it too

    Terrible atmosphere shoved in like cattle, hardly any room to move, left after 2 minutes very uncomfortable environment. Hard rock n Edinburgh much better atmosphere.

    I thought it was a bit of a squeeze to fit 4 people on the tables. Our table also wobbled and the waitress said she would return to fix but it never happened so I sorted it myself. I also asked a waitress if there was a fire escape open that the staff use close to where I was sitting as there was a smell of cigarette smoke coming in from the kitchen area. She said yes and would pass this onto them to stop.

    Fantastic ambience, fantastic service and fantastic food! Loved every minute of it and the staff went over and beyond to make my daughter feel special for her birthday meal, to the extent she was mortified which was a treat for me! 😂😂 Will visit again!

    Probably one of the worst Hard Rocks I’ve been to. The building is great but our server wasn’t the best and the quality of food was just poor.
