Loved the food, the wait staff and the location. It was the perfect Anniversary dinner!

Always are here for Hockey Tournaments. The Hard Rock is always great. They really know how to handle larger groups. Service is always excellent.

The food was delicious. The waitress was nice and friendly but it took a long time for the food to arrive. Including, by the time my daughter received her side dish, we had to instantly put it in a to go container

Food was beyond good!!! would highly recommend. meals are reasonably prices drinks are really high priced.

Another visit to Hard Rock and another great experience. We have hockey tournaments in town and make it a point to keep coming back. We always get great food, great service, and we love the music videos. Both adults and kids. Thank you for the great experience...

We come every hockey Tournament and always get the best service and the food is great. You do pay a bit more but we love the Rock and Roll stuff and the service makes up for it.

Food was good and plentiful. Service was great. The steak salad was very good. Steak was tender and cooked as ordered. The salmon was very good. Drinks were expensive so we only ordered one each. We started at the bar and were seated in a side room which was better for dining because the music wasn't as loud.

Our waitress was wonderful. She apologized for how long it took for our food to come and when it did come it was cold. She offered a discount before we even said anything as well. She was so nice to the children as well. The food however was subpar. The drinks were also not very strong especially for the price we paid. I understand that Hard Rock is more of an experience, but without the wonderful waitress the experience would have been pretty terrible.

We were in a side room which was quieter and had very nice decor. The staff were busy on New Years Eve but we didn’t wait long for anything. The food was good and the ambiance goof ole’ rock and roll!

This Hard Rock Cafe was disappointing with the lack of Rock and Roll decor. The food was bland and extremely overpriced!

We went to Hard Rock Cafe on Christmas Day. They have a festive menu which was at an very attractive menu. The food were good. Service was excellent

Lived in WNY all my life and love that there’s a Hard Rock Cafe in the area, but only downfall to the location is that it’s in an international city with lots of visitors from other countries. Every dining experience here is ruined for me due to the lack of manners from foreigners. I try to visit when it’s winter because it seems to be less touristy but anyway our service was the best part! It was a nice change to go out for Christmas dinner for once. p.s. ladies restroom was pretty nasty so let’s work on getting it clean!

I saw some uninspired reviews here, so I was very pleasantly surprised! My burger was one of the best I’ve had in a long time, and the staff was really friendly. There was a scavenger hunt for kids for which they rewarded my kids with little chocolate guitars. Was a great way to keep them engaged. Another complaint I saw on here was that it was dirty; I didn’t see that at all, the place was well maintained. Will definitely be back.

Hockey tournament in town. Came with a group of friends and my Boyfriend. We were treated very nice and the service was great. It seems like they have handled hockey teams before. I would definitely recommend.

We were with a large Hockey group. Everything was handled well even though they were busy. Staff was friendly and attentive. Host was very pleasant. Food was excellent.

Did not honor reservation. had to wait 25 minutes then they opened a back room which had no heat. This room was available entire time and chose to be rude and make us wait. the lady at front was rude and barked at us about our reservation. Drinks too 30 mins to come. overall experience was not not pleasant

I understand being in Niagara Falls Falls is a tourist area so it will be a bit more expensive but i feel this was too steep for the type of food that is served. Burgers are between $17 and $25!! If it was not for my daughter's school choir performing there I would not have gone there. Also, I ordered a Guinness beer and they were out of it.

Took a long time to get our nachos and our fruit cup consisted of approx 6 grapes. They didnt seem very well prepared for the volume of people they knew they would have that day.

Food was good but not great. Atmosphere was fun. Our waitress was very sweet. Not sure two burgers were worth $61 but it was a nice evening.

Wife and I had a great anniversary dinner - food arrived as ordered, in order, and delicious, and our waitress Salina was outstanding. Never an empty glass and ensured we were always happy with our experience. It is a bit of a hectic atmosphere, as are all Hard Rock’s. But bearing that in mind we would recommend having dinner there during a stay at Niagara Falls.

Terrible experience. Not only will you overpay for anything you order, you will also have to pay for parking to eat there. Service sucked slow and waitress had attitude. Save your money. Definitely not worth it

The is a great place for a variety of crowds... families.. friends... couples.. service was excellent. Food was tasty and great value and price points!

Service was very poor, slow, inattentive server, slow kitchen and cold food. Over all bad experience and will not return.

The food was atrocious, chicken fingers that had no chicken in them for almost $20. The burger was also expensive, and had a wet floppy bun, so much that when I held the burger the bun fell down around where my thumbs were positioned on the burger. The service was fast, but the waitress (while nice) was pushing for a tip, by underlining “gratuity not included” on the check and placing it face up in front of my which i thought was rude. However the live music that was there when we went was amazing, and there was no cover, so even though we spent $35 on almost inedible food, it wasn't a complete waste of time. If you want to go for the music, stay at the bar.

Restaurant was dirty. Floor had visible debris and table was sticky. Sat for more than 10 minutes before server arrived. Had to ask twice for water. Watched as our drinks sat at the bar while our server took care of other tables. My martini glass arrived only half full. Two of our orders were wrong. It was an absolutely terrible experience and we most definitely will not be back.

The only thing our table was in the pathway and my chair kept getting bumped.

It was a business lunch which I indicated when I reserved the table.
The guest, a prospective employer indicated it was too loud. I hope I did not lose a job offer over this!?
It would be nice if you`re going to book business lunches that you might have somewhat quieter accommodations available if requested.

Overall, it was excellent and totally worth it. Wonderful drinks, food and exceptional service. Fun experience and totally worth it!!

Absolutely no atmosphere, definitely nothing like any other Hard Rock Cafe we’ve been to! Our sizzling fajitas turned up cold and the veg was barely cooked.. we sent it back and it came back warm.. clearly no idea how to make this dish!!! Saw others with half eaten meals.. was so disappointed!! Go to the rainforest cafe instead.. staff were chatty and made it fun for the kids with activities to do!
