Server was excellent. Had a great dinner in a relaxing atmosphere.

We make a reservation, show up and then they tell us they close in 15 minutes. That was ridiculous. Completely irresponsible.

Experience was perfectly fine. No issues. I'd definitely go back.

I went to Harry Caray's 7th Inning Stretch with my two children on a Saturday night. The atmosphere was more fun and closer to a sports bar than I remember at the other Harry Caray locations. This worked well with my kids. The servers were friendly, they had good options on the children's menu, and TVs with live sports on. Surprisingly, it was not that crowded. The serving size for the kids meals was large. My salad was fresh. Everyone enjoyed their meals. You get a free tickets to the affiliated sports museum next door, which had a lot of interesting memorabilia and fun simulators for all ages. I would highly recommend to locals and tourist.

We had hamburgers. They were huge!!! and very good! The sports memorabilia was the highlight of the evening. After eating, we went through the sports museum. It was very interesting!

The place is amazing and the food is really good. Wednesdays are 50 cent wings and they are so nicely fried.

First time there .. Good service .. great burgers!! We will definitely Be back!

It" was NBA All-Star weekend in Chicago and I thought the restaurant would be a crowded over worked mess. It was great! It was not overcrowded. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The foos was good, not overcooked, nachos queso cheese was excellent, we order extra. We all loved the onion rings, even bought a bottle of the No.78 kethcup to take home. I had family visiting from Milwaukee and although they had visited Water Tower, they had never been to the restaurant. They had nothing but rave reviews. We even explored the museum. We will be back.

Food and service were great. We had a blast in the museum. Can’t wait to go back.

Its disappointing when your not greeted for service for 15 min. It was also disappointing they were out of la marca prosecco. We were not offered refills, 2nd drinks or water so had nothing to drink toward the end of our meal. Our check was given to us before we were asked if we wanted dessert, and then the Elis cheesecake did not taste fresh. They were not busy while we were dining. Sad all around.

Went here with the family and left unimpressed. Visited the same restaurant a couple years ago and things have gone downhill. Our waiter was very pleasant but continuously forgot to bring items to the table throughout our meal. I wasn’t thrilled with the multiple reminders I had to give him to bring ordered items to the table. The food was so-so even though I wasn’t expecting much.

Came down with my boys for a special trip to the city... this is a nice sit down restaurant with a nice view of the city. Bonus- eating here gets you free entree into the little attached Chicago sports museum. The food was just ok... I ordered the Santa Fe chicken salad and every piece of chicken was rubbery :( that was disappointing!

Delicious, juicy burgers and excellent service! I loved the location at the top of Water Tower Place.

The food was great...the room is large and inviting...and the prices are reasonable...and...it's on the Mag Mile... how can you complain!!!

Chicken burger had a strange biscuit bun. Children's menu didn't provide a balanced meal. Couldn't order a cooked vegetable except fries. Disappointing.

Great food and atmosphere! We visited from Madison for the day. We had a group of five aand were all very happy.

Our kids absolutely love the restaurant and sports museum. Perfect place for families.

I would recommend this place however, the server got our drinks wrong, our appetizers wrong and our meals wrong. Not only that, we were overcharged by $70. Now I will say though that the food was pretty good and the other servers and manager were very friendly and helpful in getting everything resolved.

Great sports bar look and a WONDERFUL interactive sports museum but hard something to eat that is not greasy. Deep fried pickles and a very odd edition of Chicago’s classic Italian Beef sandwich are especially bad. Great place for kids but not real adults unless the are drinking heavily.

Perfect place for a casual dining experience following a long day of baseball. Plenty of TV's to watch college football, good cocktail menu and sufficient beer list for the guys. The chicken biscuit was excellent and the sweet potato fries were some of the best I've had. Service was a little slow initially, but I would definitely go back. Bonus is that you get free admission the the Chicago Sports Museum with your meal purchase. And take the express elevator up to the 7th floor and you get to hear Harry sing.

predictable food, but fine this a nice place to avoid large crowds on the busy Mag Mile. Food is Ok, service usually very good and a pretty neat sports museum next door. Not quit the buzz of the HC's in River North, but that's the point - simpler more casual food/menu and a more family oriented atmosphere.

This was my family's first time here. The burgers were some of the best we've ever had. The sweet potato fries were out of this world. We'd recommend this to all of our friends. And free admission to the Sports Museum as well. It was an incredible museum. Lots of interactive experiences and memorabilia. Will definately go back.

Great service overall! The promotion when you eat first, you get to enter the Chicago Sports Museum for free is an amazing deal! Great staff to serve you as well, dad and I really enjoyed our visit.

We were disappointed to find the main part of the museum was closed, but I didn't check the calendar before making our reservations.

This is just an average chain type restaurant. Not worth the price. Flatbread pizza little flavor, Nachos -just ok, Fried Pickles - lots but thick breading, Veggie Burger and Hamburger were average. Will not be back. I have been to the Italian Restaurant by Harry Carey and that was good. So was disappointed in this one.

Good for just a sandwich and a drink. Does NOT carry the dinner items one finds at other Haray Caray location. Great location in the city and excellent server. (Oddly, manager was unaware that a 20% discount for theater goers and forced me to prove it to her by pulling it up on my phone. Kinda rude!)

The hostess was very pleasant and accommodating. She made sure that my husband had a wonderful birthday here and we really enjoyed our first experience here.

We made reservations for lunch and anticipated surprising our 10 year old grandson with lunch followed by a visit to the museum. We were very disappointed as was he when we were told the museum was closed due to a special event. WHY DIDN’TYOU TELL US THAT when we made our reservation? The manager did give us 4 complimentary Rickey’s to the museum for a return visit. The food was fair. One of sandwiches, a chicken club on croissant was fair. Problem is that the croissant was cold, almost frozen!

Don’t think we’ll return to the restaurant. If we are in the area, we might try the museum.
