Lugar lindo pero precios muy elevados para lo q ofrecen, falta presentación del platillo

Disappointed. Steak and sides were ok. Seafood was not fresh and had to send back. Lovely ambiance.
We paid a 400 usd dinner. Wine was ok, the food, meh. We had 2 appetizers, the Harry’s oysters that came a bit cold and the tartar, which was good. 2 of the 3 main dishes came cold, like if they were cooked too early and left in the kitchen. The captain took one of the dishes and re-do it, the flavor was poor, the other dish they just took it away and te-heated.
Our Tomahawk for 2 people was undercooked, therefore cold too, and fibrous with very few intramuscular fat, so it was flavorless. It seemed like the meat was a low quality cut for a extra premium price. Side dishes were ok.
Deserts, ok. We had the Harry’s pie and the soufflé.

El servicio comparado con Harry’s de CDMX es distinto, en CDMX sentimos mejor atención. Sin embargo es entendible que por la pandemia obviamente no pueden tener el mismo personal que antes. Pero como siempre la comida es la mejor

Everything was delicious except the Black Onyx ribeye it was tough and hard to chew. We couldn’t even eat it however we still got charged for it.
Other than the fact that the food is wonderful and the staff is very attentive, it should be noted that safety precautions are very well implemented during this time of COVID-19. Our temperatures were taken at the door, hand sanitizer was provided and a walk through disinfectant machine was required for all patrons.
Excelente calidad de los alimentos y el servicio, excepcional. Instalaciones bonitas y modernas. El unico "pero" esta en las mesas de arriba, parece VIPS. En general, muy buena experiencia.

la comida no vale los precios que cobran, me sentaron en un lugar que olía a gasolina...
Los meseros fueron groseros , por el COVID se está cerrando antes , pero nos negaron postre y otros servicios que en otra área si estaban dando .
Estábamos dentro del margen del corte de caja , no avisaron que sería el corte e incluso seguían atendiendo a otros .
Todo estuvo espectacular en cuanto a servicio y calidad de la comida. El único problema fue que, al estar en la terraza y haber plantas, entró una cucaracha y se le subió a mi esposo. Llegaron los meseros a buscarla, pero ya se había ido, así que, probablemente, espantó a otros comensales. Ojo, cucaracha de jardín, no de suciedad, pero de todos modos deberían fumigar más.
Fue una comida casual, el servicio bueno, el lugar muy bien. La comida fatal y carísima.
The hostess tried to assign to us a different table than requested so I had to complain and demand to assign to me the requested seating. The appetizers were excellent but the New York steak (prime) was not good. Other plates were good

Cambio mi expectativa del lugar, mi filete de 1300 pesos muy malo , pedí también una ensalada y una pasta, algo muy básico, que decepción!!! Cómo se atreven a servir algo tan malo, lo único que se salvo fue el postre y el café americano, el lugar y mi martini maravillosos !! No regresaré a este restaurante hay muchas opciones muy buenas en Acapulco !!! Espero les sirva mi opinión !!!

En general todo bien solo el chef debería tener más cuidado en el tocino que utiliza para la ensalada iceberg estaba con sabor rancio.
