Holsteins - The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Service was prompt throughout our dining experience from being seated until our bill arrived. We both ordered the Rising Sun burgers, which were delicious, as well as the order of sweet potato fries we split. I can’t say anything bad about the service or the quality of the food here. Both were very good. Our only complaints about were with the price, and the noise levels. It was so noisy in the restaurants because of the proximity to the food court and walkways, we could hardly hear ourselves talking to each other. This deterred our enjoyment of the meal, as well as the price. $18.50 for a burger with no fries seemed a little ridiculous to us. With our 2 burgers + 1 order of sweet potato fries and water to drink ended up costing us $60.00 with tip and we were still a little hungry too.

Really loud environment. Cheap food / upscale strip environment & crowd.

Ordered my burger medium and it came back completely red all the way thru and squishy. Food was not worth the money and we were never given our complimentary popcorn

The service was very good and the waitress, Ariel, attentive, we were greeted and promptly attended to.
Following our starter we were asked did we want to keep our cutlery which I would of expected to be changed for clean ones.
The burger was luke warm but no reference was made to this by myself as the rest of the service had been pleasant.
The music was extremely loud and at times made conversation over our meal difficult.
The value was satisfactory for the resort comparison.

Very Disappointed! First of all the menu on Open Table is very different than the one at the restaurant. Several things are listed on the open table site that are missing in the restaurant (including my first 3 choices I was considering). In addition the menu prices on open table are significantly lower. The burger I ended up getting was $4 more in the restaurant than on the open table menu - IN ADDITION the open Table menu says you get fries with the burger. That is not the case - you pay $4 additional dollars for a very small order of fries. Really feels like a bait and switch ploy. The service was incredibly slow and the food itself was average at best. I have had better burgers in several locations in Vegas. I absolutely will not return.

The service is just ok. Food is ok, use to be good. The turkey burger was undercooked and the fries were just ok, the last few times the food was good. Service was just ok....

Not like the old days ! Did not feel that the burger was juicy enough and there were out of the threee beers i choose what are the Odds of that ( no pun intendED Vegas!)

Hostess was very courteous, sat us right away (we had reservations) and told us the server would be to the table shortly. Our server, I wish I had caught his name, was awesome! We ordered the cauliflower which he recommended and if I had know how good it was, I would have ordered a second one just for my meal. As always, the burgers are to die for and the truffle fries are a must every time we come. The server gave us a big box of popcorn to take back to the room along with our leftover.

Not worth the high prices.

The cheese curds made me feel that I was back at the WIsconsin State fair, and the truffle fries were to die for! Loved everything! Especially the spiked milkshakes!

My husband and I had lunch here. Dean was the BEST. He suggested the Gold Standard burger. It was great. The portions are large and very filling. Next time we are gonna have a shake. They looked really yummy.

The burgers are very average and overpriced for their quality. The burger itself tasted like they have a stash of frozen patties they use and cover up with fancy toppings. It doesn’t taste fresh at all, and for the price I expected more....spent $160 for an appetizer, 3 burgers, side salad and fries (fries don’t come with!), and 2 cocktails and 2 sodas. Very disappointing. I would have rather spent my money across the way at one of the other high end restaurants at the cosmo.

Amazing food as always! Always look forward to coming to Holsteins whenever we are in Vegas.

Service was amazing our waiter was very very attentive. The food was good but a little pricey for bugers.

The burger joint appeared good from afar but after eating, it was very overdone, even with the table service it belongs in a fast food quality of food, portions were good but very low quality.

Great atmosphere. We had hamburgers and I wasn’t disappointed. I love that they bring a small bucket of seasoned popcorn to every table.

Overall great Christmas dinner. Our food was tasty and our server was friendly. Just wished he was a little more attentive.

We were very excited about this place. Unfortunately the burgers seemed like they came from pre-frozen patties. Same thing with the french fries. The service was good and the ambiance was cool, but McDonald's produces a better burger and that's not cool

We grabbed a quick bite before the Golden Knights hockey game. Burgers were good. Shake was more whip cream than ice cream, so a disappointment. Great onion rings. Food came out quickly. Our waiter was really friendly.

Good restaurant

Great burger, very friendly service, fun atmosphere . Leave some time if your heading to the game, takes a little time, but worth it.

I was very underwhelmed with our experience at Holsteins . We had a reservation (they gave me the time) we were seated and told to please hurry and order cause the kitchen is about to close. We ordered our drinks and food it came out very quickly and we went to order another round and the bar was closed. I think the manager handled it all wrong he just stood there and smiled and said he would take off our round of drinks . I couldn’t even finish my burger how about taking that off the bill!! It ended up that they had booked their holiday party and they were closing for that at 7:00 when that is the time they gave me for my reservation. Very disappointed how management seemed like he really could care less. Not good customer service!!

Phenomenal burgers! Also, excellent beer selection and awesome shakes.

Holsteins is a place I go every time I am in Vegas. The best burger on the strip. I never feel rushed to get off the table after dinner, making it a great place to catch up with friends. The service is always on-point. Attentive but not overwhelming.

My favorite place for a Burger and Shake!

Food was good to very good but was somewhat limited overall. Waitress was a average (could’ve been more attentive). We loved the truffle fries! We split the chicken sandwich and enjoyed it. The restaurant is decent but I wouldn’t go out of my way to dine there (it worked for us as we were already staying at the Cosmopolitan).
