Always a delight! Food is fresh and they have a nice setup - feel safe eating in this pandemic world!

The food was fresh. We ordered wings, shrimp, Buffalo chicken sandwich, lobster claws and fries and it was all delicious. The food did not take long to come out and the service was great. This was definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had at hooters.

We waited a long tome for our food. When food eventually arrived, it was cold. There was a infestation of fruit flies all around our table. We have never had an experience like this at any other Hooters locations. We will never return to this specific Hooters again.

Even with a reservation be prepared to wait. We waited 25 minutes before being seated. The hostess was of no help and her behavior seemed like she did not want to be there. Our server was better but was not as attentive as she could have been. I was ready for a second drink and she came back telling the bar was closed. I mean maybe she should have stopped by our table to ask us if we wanted something before last call. The service was subpar and the reservation system needs some work. I love coming here but this was a complete turn off. I understand the co-vid rules and all but please don’t have me waiting almost 30 minutes to sit down and I can’t even have a second drink. This was ridiculous.

Food wasn’t hot. Lukewarm at best, which is surprising since they are not working at full capacity. Maybe an expeditor is needed. Manager was more involved with take out orders.

After making reservations for 9pm when I arrived at about 9:03 I was told I’m going to make sure your table is ready and she never came back I didn’t sit til about 9:30 then my appetizer was undercooked so had to be reordered and then a family that came in after us received their appetizers and meals before we did and my fries to my meal was under cooked

Had set a reservation for specific time. There was still a line and wait out the door. They definitely overbooked. And i had requested to have them sing for both my father's & mother's birthday since they're a day apart & there to celebrate their special day. I even called to confirm it. The girl clarified that they'd do what was asked as quoted would be their pleasure. It was never done. Waited awhile before placing order & waited even longer for the food to get to table. Normally this is a great location but, they were definitely under staff and or overbooked.

The waitress was very conscientious and wise. She brought us the food hot and with a smile. Although she was busy, she had enough time to talk with us and make us feel welcome. Plus although she was also a good looking gal, you could sense that she was even more beautiful on the inside. Her only error was forgetting the lime for an Arnold Palmer drink; oh yah, also she denied us coffee at the very end of the day. We won't hold that against her because they were about to close in a few minutes. Zoe is a good waitress.

The waitress was rude and treated my group in my opinion unfairly. Our food took more then an hour as we watch her rush to other larger tables that came in after them there food. Once we ask how long she ignored us for at least 10-15 more minutes before coming back and saying it’ll be ready soon which end up being another 20 minutes for our food to be incorrect.

It was amazing you know we are from the hood it was like an hour drive it was worth it once we got there they assess us real good it’s not bad food was 10 out of 10 my boy said the chicken wings were good they were bussing on god we tip the girl 8 dollars cause we’re broke and we were kids so yea ..

Adela was our server and she was amazing! Everything was good! Very attentive. The only thing I did notice was that there was a cook in the kitchen without a mask on, during these times it would be best if the workers wore their mask while in the kitchen

The food and service are awesome from the front to the back of the house

They are taking this pandemic seriously and is very much appreciated. Felt safe and comfortable.

Our server was great!! But the manager on duty just had such an unprofessional attitude. You don’t scream “ok, it’s time to go!” From across the room, this isn’t a nightclub dude.

Food was delicious; but the floors were dirty and sticky.

This Hooters is always very good. Nice looking chicks and good food but just wish it was a little bigger inside. Need more seating

Always a great experience. My only recommendation would be to pay closer attention to the cleaning of the glasses. My glass had lipstick marks on it & when I used my napkin on it , it came off. My waitress was great and got me another glass. Detail to cleaned glasses should be a very important detail especially during these times.

Server was super cool. Quick service. Good games on tv. Of course it’s Chicago so Cubs and Sox game were playing.

Due to covid-19 you have to make reservations to dine in now.

The food was great and we had a really nice waitress.

Slowest waitress I’ve ever had. Food was good when It eventually got there but it’s hooters so it wasn’t amazing. Decent place for a quick lunch if you don’t mind waiting a while.
