Never made my reservation because my reservation was canceled right before I got there!!!!! How rude an disrespectful. If you have to make a reservation to get in there why cancel I was truly upset.

For the first time I was disappointed in the boneless wings, they were crunchy and some of them were burnt! The service was faster than never before bc there’s hardly any one there bc of covid.

We had a 9pm reservation and arrived 10 mins early. Once we were sat the host told us that she would take our drink order. Her reason for taking our drink order is that our server has worked all day is taking a break 1 hour before close because she hasn’t eaten all day and they don’t want her to fall out. After my drink is taken my server finally comes to the table 10 mins later. So now it’s 9:15 and I still don’t have a drinks. She takes our appetizer order and I place my order for my sons meal. Two tables were sat after us and both tables received food before we even received our drinks from the bar. At 9:45 I asked the bartender if she even received our drink order and she said “yea I’m about to make it once the server rings it in the right way”. 45 mins after our reservation time and still no drinks and no food. They close at 10 so I was doubtful that we would receive our appetizers and be able to place our dinner orders by 10 so we decided to leave. I am a server and so is my wife so we are very understanding when we go out to eat and service isn’t perfect but this was unacceptable. Never got my servers name but the host was very pleasant.

The food was not fresh which didn't make sense because they are cooking for less people due to the pandemic. I didn't send it back because I didn't want more contact due to the pandemic.

I reserved a seat for 6pm on A Sunday. I arrived at 6:05pm and my table was ready. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Garden Salad with extra chicken. It was good. The chicken taste a little bit like the fryer needed to be cleaned. But it wasn’t overbearing. The salad was still good. I also ordered fried pickles. The fried pickles and the salad came at the same time while I thought the pickles would be first. But i assume that was because it wasn’t crowded. My waitress was great. Overall was great.

My waitress was a liar. I ordered appetizers and wings. She said she would put in appetizers in first then my wing order. 15 minutes later my appetizers came to the table, she said I'll go put your wing order now. 2 minutes later my wings arrived. Now I have to scarf down my appetizers to eat the wings while they'er still hot. After shoving down my cheese sticks and onion rings down my throat, I noticed my ranch sauce was missing. 10 minutes later the waitress arrived asked how everything was, I said I'm still waiting for the ranch sauce. (I can't eat wings without ranch sauce). So she brought the ranch sauce and I said the food she brought over is probably cold by now. The waitress said, they are not going to remake it. The manager came over I explained to her I waited almost 15 minutes for ranch sauce and my food was most likely cold by now. She said, would you like us to remake it? I said sure, so the waitress lied to me twice. Once when she said she would put my wing order after my appetizers, my assumption is she put the whole order in at once then brought the appetizers left my wings sitting at the window then brought those over a couple of minutes after bringing us the appetizers. Second, when she told me they would not remake my food. I tipped her %15, after I left Hooters I realized I should have only tipped her %5. -%5 twice for lying to me twice and -%5 for taking forever to bring ranch sauce. Maybe they should have a test to see if new hires are pathological liars. And I thought Hooters is suppose to hire attractive women. Lansing Illinois has by far the worst looking women of all the regional Hooters.

I don't feel like there was 6ft distance between the tables and when I said something, the hostess just looked at us and then showed us the same seat. The food was okay but it took the waitress forever to come check on us.

Server was slow. We finished our meal and she still hadn’t checked on us, or refilled our drinks. Buffalo shrimp were super greasy. Took longer to pay our bill then eat our whole meal.

Crab legs must be cleaned a little more! Waited to long for crab untisels...waitress was GREAT! Wings were hot!

It was absolutely to COLD in the restaurant! It made eating uncomfortable. Other then that food was good and tables were clean, they had it set up where you didnt have to touch the menu by using your phone camera with a scan code would've been nice if I had a scanner on my phone ended up having to get a paper menu but still a nice idea and a way to keep Covid away from us as we dined, also used the restroom, one soap dispenser was broken but restroom was clean. Our waitress was nice and promp when it came to service. All in all will return. Loved the fact that it wasn't over crowded and very clean.
