Service was great food was great!! Sanitation was good.

Honestly if it wasn’t for Kendra we definitely wouldn’t even come but she’s the boys and the food good too!

Service was a bit slow. The food was cold. And there barely was any people so food should’ve been fresh. They need new flavors as well.

I see why so many businesses are closing. The food was Terrible. They mixed hot food with cold food. Hooters is so unorganized, the management team, the cook & the Waitress needs to be revamped.

waitresses are very attentive to the customers as well as being helpful towards one another in taking out the food to the tables even if it isn't their table

Very clean and nice environment. Absolutely loved our server, who was also serving as bartender. Bright, vibrant, smart and awesome to chat with.

If i make reservations i expect to be seated with in 10mins of the reservations time not 30 minutes after

It took 45 minutes to get our food and when it did arrive a meal was missing. It then took another 10-15 for the missing meal to arrive. The waitress did check on us and was polite. However we waited around for her to notice we were done eating. She brought to go containers but not the bill. So I had to wait around once again for the bill. It was only about 10 tables in total so its not like it was busy.

My waitress was very attentive and friendly. The dining experience was beyond outstanding

Service was excellent, food was excellent but the atmosphere was too quiet.

The waitress wasn’t really checking on us. We had to ask the hostess to bring us stuff we ask our waitress for. It wasn’t even busy that night either. The food is always good but the service wasn’t.

I ordered a frozen daquiri and it was very sweet and not strong enough. Chili’s drinks are only $5 and taste better. Honey BBQ wings u guys add entirely too much sauce.

My server was amazing I wish I could remember her name. She certainly went over and beyond and made the experience 1000% amazing.

I made reservations knowing the policy so the that went well. The entire experience and the food was great.

I always manage to get the least desirable of the ladies on shift. She had a melancholy demeanor the entire time. None of the energy, panache you normally would expect to get. The other girls moved fast, lots of energy and you could even see them smiling through the masks. Other than that, the food wasn’t bad. The wings were good as always, and the margarita got the job done.

Our visit to Hooters on 8/22/20 was great! The reservation was for 5:45. We arrived about ten minutes earlier and was seated right away. We were able to order quickly and the food was brought out nice and hot. It was a pleasant experience!

This particular day everything was good normally a few occasions I've came and something was messed up wrong or the food wasn't good but it was very very food the waitress was awesome and very nice and friendly

Sam is an awesome bartender. The Amaretto Stone Sour was good.

Service was good, even though there was 1 girl per 6 tables. Wings where so lilttle didn’t really got to enjoy them.

Waitress got our drink order wrong and when we told her she kinda got an attitude.

Waitress was not knowledgeable and appears 2 be frustrated.

Really liked our waitress..they're was some people who weren't supposed to be there just coming in and out with no mask that was a bit uncomfortable but service and food were great.

I prefer to eat at this Hooters even before the COVID-19 because it’s less traffic and I’ve never experience any issues. They have good customer service

Service was horrible. Brought wrong food to us, entrees came separately and sides came separately. Never gave us sauce for the wings. Haven't been there in 10 years wont be going back

Everything was nice. The food was good and our waitress handled our order professionally even when the cooks made a mistake.

Yes they pieced my order off to me one at a time instead of bro hung all my food at once. When they finally brought food my chicken was still bleeding in the inside.

Oysters were amazing, wish they would of been colder. Our wings were not as flavourful. Not enough sauce on them. Kinda dry it was not the best. The pink passion drink was amazing but you could barely taste if any liquor had been used. Our server was amazing. Her name was Victoria. Overall it was a ok experience. We did have a reservation, but when we got there it seemed to not matter. But they gave us a high top. Really wish this hooters had booths but that is just a recommendation.

When we walked in, everyone was at the front counter but did not acknowledge us. Told them 3 times I had a reservation. Wanted a low top table. Finally start going to the table and giving us a high top. Said again a low top, many were opened. They just looked at each other and finally got us a table. If I was not so hungry, I would have left. Will not be going back. Also the cooks do not have hairnets.
