The food was great, but our server had no personality, kinda rude and didn’t feel it was necessary to fill our drinks or clear any plates from table. I almost seemed that she didn’t want to be there working.

From the moment we walked in we were treated rudely, like we were bothering them. Their system of having to reserve a table before coming in is ridiculous. We didn't know about before arriving so we got on OpenTable and the soonest there was a reservation open was 30 min. But there were numerous tables open of the open tables not the x off ones that literally sat empty the whole time while we stood there for 20 of the 30min. When we asked about the open tables the staff said when is your reservation sarcastically and said you'll have to wait until then. Luckily a manager came up 20min into our wait and asked if we were waiting on a table, we explained and he sat us down right away. The waitress was ok but might have been having a bad day, but was trying to be pleasant.

A bit of a shocker to see the sign saying they are not accepting walkins. No biggie, tho, because we just made a reservation right there for that time. Seated immediately. Our waitress took forever to come around for drink orders and offered a lame excuse that she got seated 2 tables at the same time and didn't know which table was first. Maybe when she sees 2 tables seated at once she should give a nod of acknowledgement to the table she doesn't attend instead of ignoring them like they're ruining her nice day. Had to ask if we had a waitress, then she gave off attitude for the rest of the meal. Delicious wings/shrimp tho. Made up for her behaviour.

The food was amazing the waitress was very nice and we were a few minutes early and they were able to accommodate us. That meant a lot specially because we have a baby.

Red Sangria was delish. 10 mild, drums only, cooked perfectly and 20ish, mild shrimp were cooked the same. Pretty good dinner.

Server was good but we all know the one dollar for a drumstick to get twenty is too much plus ranch plus other fees too much lower prices

We ate outside since it was nice outside. Very plain patio; no planters or artwork. But it was clean and spacious and the food and service were great. Waitress verily accommodating request for trying different BBQ flavors.

Great place and great value. Noise level was low due to restricted seating, but a great visit nevertheless.

Host was EXTREMELY rude! Disgusting attitude.
Spoke with manager about the wait time; he took care of the situation- so we appreciated that.

Waitress was very kind especially helping me making reservation from my phone. I am 62 and never did anything like that before. I guess I am old school. Thank you!!

Given covid, I felt like we were too close to other tables. The front room and bar had more tables/room but they crammed us in the back. They need to space out tables a little more (6 feet between diners) and use the whole space including putting groups of 2 at the bar if no one else is sitting there. Lastly, they need to enforce the mask rule. People were walking around with no masks when not at tables. I did appreciate the no walk up rule. Thank you.

I love Hooters wings and I‘ve recommended them to many friends. However, this time I got the boneless wings which I probably won’t do again. I guess the bones in the wings is what gives them the best flavor. These boneless wings were almost tasteless.

The table was dirty when we sat down and they just opened. Our server was good but overwhelmed because she had a lot to cover. There were two servers who sat down with some customers and removed their face covering. I was a Hooters fan until yesterday. I have visited them all over the world and this was my worse visit.😔

I am a person of manners and also a server myself. I had called prior to arriving to actually let the manager/host know I was going to be about 10 mins late to dinner.
Our server was absolutely terrible. She rolled her eyes, as well forgot multiple things we had asked for, such as refills, extra napkins one child sat 10 mins no meal basically making it uncomfortable for the other 4 of us to eat. No manager came.
Also note she never asked what size beer we had wanted. Giving us the large ones, to me is a tacky way to up

I spent well over 100$ but sadly I’d say the entire thing wasn’t worth it due to her behavior.. we love hooters usually, go often but this time was real bad.

Waiters had terrible attitude and lazy everywhere they went but they did have a fine add Latina with glasses. I would only recommend someone for that Latina add me baby @pmitchell662

The service was decent. Waitress was decent. Food was Ok.

Sat on the patio and service was just as good as sitting up at the bar.

Hooters is always good, and the Schamburg location is great. Overall value not so good...

Arrived with no reservation and quickly learned we needed one made in advance. Hopped on phone and next available was 90 minutes. After making reservation went inside and told hostess we wanted to sit outside. She graciously as such , checked the number of reservations ahead of us , then checked outside seating and said it would not be more than 30 minutes. After 20 minutes she came outside and told me they were clearing a table and would be ready. On a busy Saturday she went above and beyond.

Our server was great. She was busing tables and serving (and being very sanitary). Very pleasant and on top of things. Food was typical which is not a complaint at all.

Great wings, both boneless and bone in! Good flavors and variety of sauces. Good value drink deals

I was with a friend and our experience was amazing the place was clean not to many people which was a plus the reservation is a great idea the customer service from everybody including our waitress was excellent she kept coming back asking us was we ok The food it self was also great and when she seen our cups of pop was getting low she made sure our cups was re filled which was good me and my friend really enjoy our selfs and I will definitely come back
