Really tasty and a great value. I had beef pho and it was delightful.
The pho was phenomenal, lovely atmosphere and very polite servers
Great food & service!
Hue is always outstanding and a great value! Keep the freshness coming.
We've dined at Hue previously, but it seemed that the food was not as hot as I expected when it was served. We were a group of 6 and there was no one else in the dining room while we were there. Everything was delicious, but just slightly warmer than tepid. Our waitress was more than accommodating with our individual requests, but we didn't want to bother her with warming items or recooking them. Perhaps we might have rated the food with 5 stars had it been served hot.
A great choice for Vietnamese food. My husband thought he disliked pho, based on eating it at another restaurant, but when he tasted mine he really liked it. The food was good, service quick and we were not rushed out after finishing
Food was fantastic!!! Best Spring Rolls I have ever had! Ambiance was great - clean & inviting... We’ll be back and often...
Terrific food. Very good, attentive service, just a bit of a language problem. The restaurant is very, very nice, and could accommodate our party of 7 with no problem.
Great food flavors, great service and reasonable prices.
So delicious! Everything is very fresh, cooked to order. We love the starters, especially Rice Flake shrimp, Spicy Crab Rangoon and Egg Rolls. The Sir Fry comes with rice - perfect sticky and delicious! Veggies are “right out of the garden” taste. And if you like a big bowl of amazing soup, try the Pho. Hue’s Chef is amazing!! Wait staff is superb. You can never go wrong at Hue.
i've been there many times and the PHO is fantastic - the broth flavor is complex and appealing. this time i met-up with 3 friends that had never been there before and i know they will all be going back.
A great neighborhood find in Wauwatosa. The food was delicious and the service very good except we got our appetizers and dinner at same time. Not the biggest deal but clearly the kitchen was rushing a bit.
The spring rolls and the egg rolls are excellent - highly recommended. I had a beef dish with what looked like an omelet coating but was actually slightly crispy. I can’t remember the name but I sure as hell will order this again next time I am there.
We love Hue! This is the best option for Vegetarians looking for Vietnamese food in the Milwaukee area...hands down.
Went to Hue Tosa for Valentine's Day
A nice casual atmosphere - good food, good value.
The server was very nice - but cricket - drinks were excruciatingly slow to arrive. Ho hard is it to pour a beer and a glass of wine?
Overall pleasant but not stellar.
This is our 13 year old’s favorite local place. Simple, fresh, delicious Vietnamese food. Good service and friendly staff.
Great place with nice ambiance. Overall food was good and definately come back. Only thing we didn't like was texture of gnocci-- good flavor but chewy!
Flavor was good - could use larger portion of protein with the "kitchen sink" fried rice entree. All rice and peas, and more like a playskool kitchen sink of shrimp and sausage. Step that up and you've got a winner!
Overall, a good experience though.
Casual date night treat. We have been dinning here for many years and hope to keep doing so. Attention to detail in preparation and serving is spot on. Don't stop if you are in a hurry as it's a laid back experience.
OUR MEALS WERE FANTASTIC AND SERVICE WAS GREAT. THEY MADE US FEEL SPECIAL
Always a great meal at Hue. They have such a unique take on the typical fish fry.
Absolutely wonderful!!! Food was so delicious! And staff was super friendly. Such a great experience.
Our first time was on a Friday night and we went back the next night. The food is fresh, healthy and tasty. The wait staff is excellent - friendly and non-intrusive. Parking in the area is an issue. On the first night I drove around 3 or 4 blocks and finally parked 2 blocks away. However, this is small item compared to the exceptional experience.
Great service and fresh food. Good Wine and beer menu although out of Budweiser. We will be back.
We enjoyed Hue in Tosa for the meeting of our book club. We had read the Sympathizer which is about Vietnam. We all agreed the food was OK but not great. Service was only OK although our server was very nice and well intentioned. I would recommend giving Hue a try.
We were a little worried when we walked in because there were not many people in the restaurant and it was 6:30 on a Friday night. I would say we all really enjoyed our food. There was a group of 6 of us. I had the spicy chicken noodle bowl which was great. They did run out of my husbands beer choice and they didn't put his food order in so he had to wait 10 min after we were served for his food. They did comp his entree 50%, I would have thought they should have comped the whole thing.
Nice place, our second time. This time we took friends. Four of us shared two appetizers and 4 entrees. All agreed the food was excellent. The seafood curry was a particular standout. We will definitely be back.
They didn’t have our reservation and table choices even without a crowd were terrible. By the door, by the kitchen, by the waitress station. They cleaned table by window finally which was ok. Ambience is non existent but then again most authentic Vietnamese restaurants have none. This is overpriced for sure. Everything was too salty. Won’t return ever
We had a great experience at Hue. The staff was friendly and the food was amazing. They had pre-fixe menu available which allowed us to try an app and a dessert with our meal.
Creative presentation and delicious
Flavors and fresh veggies.
It was great!
can't get enough of the fish fry ... the garlic rice and signature slaw pair very well ... fantastic flavors ...it is outstanding ...my family Ioves it ... it was my husband's first time dining at the restaurant on my birthday ...prior to that, he was getting leftovers ... he didn't leave a crumb on his plate ...
for my family, it wouldn't be complete without the spicy crab rangoons
My friend and I both enjoyed Hue, very much. The spring rolls were delicious and so were both of our meals (beef pho and beef noodle bowl). Very friendly service, as well.
In spite of Google saying it was open and Open Table letting me make a reservation, Hue was closed.
This was my first time at Hue. The food was absolutely delicious and a great price. I will definitely be back!
So glad we found Hue. The food & service were both great. We'll be back for sure!
Always love the food here. Very comforting and satisfying.
We cannot get enough of this place! We live in the Madison area but went for my husband's birthday on our way to a show in Milwaukee. We started with the egg rolls which are the perfect level of crispiness and the sauce is delicious. My husband had the Beef and Meatball Pho and I had the Mi Xao (soft noodles) with shrimp. Both were fantastic. Their broth for the Pho has good flavor to it. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place!
I will definitely go back to Hue. I had the Stir Fried Vegetables with Tofu. It was good, I would have liked to see more tofu. The beef skewers were a delicious appetizer. I think the portion size could be 4 instead of 3. The restaurant was beautiful and cozy, very welcoming. I loved the fact that it wasn't loud, my friend and I could actually hear each other. The staff was really friendly too. A nice hidden gem! I would definitely recommend them and go back again!
