Husk - Charleston
We had a wonderful meal and great service.
Food was amazing and would dine here again when in town.
This was our third or fourth time dinning with you. Everything was impeccable and our server was fantastic and helpful with guiding us through the menu. The shrimp and grits were out of this world! Thank you again for your hospitality and to our server!
Not the same, post Sean Brock departure.
I ate at Husk in 2014, when it was still making it's mark.
If your heading to Charleston, seek out an upcoming chef (in kitchen) restaurant. Sadly, I would pass on Husk.
Try it all! Everything is amazing!
Amazing on every level. Expensive, but worth every penny.
Food was outstanding as was the service. Impeccable.
What a delightful dinner. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all of our questions. Everything was amazing but I especially can’t stop thinking about the oysters
Loved atmosphere, food and service.
Great food, great service, price was so reasonable, a great place for lunch. My wife though the cheeseburger was one of the best she has had. I had the shrimp and grits, excellent, first time I had them as a sweet dish, usually had them as a spicy dish. We had the pimento crostinis, I dont really like pimento, but these were so good. My favorite thing of our stay in Charleston. Well worth having lunch there.
Thus was my families second visit and it was better than the first time if that is even possible! Husk never ever disappoints. Looking forward to our next visit!!
On a sunny day, enjoyed sitting on the terrace for a leisurely lunch which was ideal. The sweet potato bisque was thick, rich, and adorned with greens on the side. The shrimp and grits were a manageable, aromatic portion. Couldn’t even consider dessert. Next time! Service attentive but not intrusive. Husk is still worth all of the praise.
A celebration of locally sourced goods in delectable dishes. Unpretentious. Comfortable.
Outstanding ambiance and loved the bar/lounge while waiting on reservation. Waiter was incredibly knowledgeable of the entire menu.
We were celebrating our anniversary. Could not have had a better experience. We’ll be back!
Fabulous night service became slow at end of night
Husk was fantastic. So good, in fact, that we went back the next day. We went to several of the most highly reviewed restaurants in Charleston, and Husk was number 1 or number 2. It will be a must visit any time we go to Charleston.
Several friends suggested we eat at Husk when visiting Charleston....they were right! We really enjoyed our Sunday brunch and would highly recommend Husk to anyone visiting g the Charleston area!
Amazing food. Great service!! I wish I could have more space to try the rest of the menu! 100% recommended :)
Amazing dinner with awesome wine list! Great ambiance!
Superb service and food, best restaurant in South Carolina.
Food doesn't live up to the hype. I wish we tried a different restaurant. Good service and atmosphere though.
Absolutely amazing. Exceptional service. The food was spectacular. Get the wings...so good. Drinks were amazing too.
This restaurant is one of the reasons that I look forward to visiting Charleston. The food is innovative and delicious. This is the 3rd time I've eaten here and each time was excellent. If you want to experience the flavor of Charleston, visit this place first! I highly recommend!
Not good at all
Husk is a must no matter the location, you will be happy you made the reservation!
The cracklins are the best we have ever had. The country fried steak was an actual steak, not cube steak. Food, beverages, and service were all exceptional!
Hugh quality interesting food - quite often too much sauces and heavy ingredients for me personally but done at a v high level
Average food. Far too overpriced. No idea why this place is hyped.
The food was excellent! The presentation was creative, and the portions were perfect. The service was professional and attentive. This was an excellent introduction to low-country food!
Had a great anniversary lunch at Husk. Great service and even better food. The sweet potato bisque was very tasty and even included duck confit. Fried chicken was crispy and perfectly cooked. It has a perfect level of heat and the side it came with was great- butterbeans and sweet potatoes. My wife had the shrimp and grits (because, Charleston, duh) and it was delicious. Decadent and perfectly cooked shrimp and creamy grits. Didn’t have room for dessert. Definitely recommend!
It was so great! Food was FRESH, service impeccable!
The atmosphere was pleasant. I recommend you arrive early and have a drink at the outside bar. Sitting outside in a informal but comfortable area was great.
As the our dinner everything was fantastic. The flavors were fresh and creative. Our favorites were the oysters, to die for and catfish with an unbelievable vegetable sauce combination. For desert chocolate cheese cat with a hint of jalapeños. Chocolate and spice!!
A very special dining experience.
Another memorable experience at Husk Charleston. Our server Kent was experienced and knowledgeable. Gave us ample time to enjoy a cocktail prior to reviewing the menu.
Meal was wonderful. Those Sea Island Peas!! Oh my!!
See y’all soon!!
This was the best meal I’ve ever had. The duck was phenomenal!
My wife and I had an wonderful time. The food, service and ambiance were all great
I knew this place was going to be good because all of the reviews and personal recommendations. Well it exceeded my expectations. I had a pork shoulder stuffed with pork belly that was marinated and cooked for 18 hours that my fork cut right through. It was one of the best meals I have ever had. Cannot recommend Husk enough.
Great service. Excellent fried chicken, cornbread, and grits. Uncomfortably salty, however. Surprising star of our meal was the homemade ginger beer serviced with a lime.
We ordered the homemade pasta appetizer, pork ribs and they were delicious. The catfish was amazing, as well as the pecan pie dessert.
