Good overall for a very busy Saturday night. One of the busiest We have experienced in awhile.
It is a great restaurant! The food is fantastic! Great dining.
Excellent food, convenient location and friendly service make for an enjoyable meal.
The BEST restaurant in town!!!
Been eating at Il Segreto for many years and have never been disappointed. Recent celebrity sightings have increased the popularity of the restaurant, but the quality of the food has not suffered. Visit mid-week for a quiet, romantic meal. The outdoor patio has sufficient heaters if you prefer to avoid the loud ambiance of the interior during busy times.
If you are looking for a restaurant that provides true flavors of Italy . . . Il Segreto is where you would like to be.
Love Il Segreto. We go there often. Always fantastic food
It was Valentine’s Day so they seemed overwhelmed.
The menu was more expensive than advertised which may be typical on Valentine’s Day but seemed to qualify as “bait and switch.” We were not seated until 30 minutes after our reservation time. The apology from them did eventually occur but not soon enough. At least the food was delicious and they were more apologetic toward the end of the meal.
Excellent dinner. Our waiter was very nice and attentive.
Loved the chicken parmesan!!!! Everyone was happy with their food choice.
We'll be back!!!!
I love this restaurant. The food is fabulous, the wine is wonderful and the service is superb.
They were extremely attentive to their patrons. The food was delicious. Great LA experience. Easy to park. Use the valet!
The food was great. The service excellent. Had an upstairs table overlooking the downstairs restaurant which was just perfect.
Great meal ...pity about the valet
Consistently good food and good value.
Outstanding food and service. One of our best meals. Negative it is loud and very crowded
This is our “go-to” restaurant for special dinners. Fantastic service, and the food is consistently delicious.
Absolutely love this place. Excellent across the board and never disappoints!
The noisiest restaurant ever! Ruined our evening visiting with friends because we had to scream and even then couldn’t be heard. I’m sick of all the restaurants that do nothing to absorb any sound.
A little buzz is fine but this was unbearable. We left without ordering dessert because we couldn’t wait to get out of there.
Wonderful service and food. Great for any occasion.
Thank you to the staff for making dinner such a delightful experience.
Food very salty
Expensive for what you get
Another Drago family gem, hidden in the hills just off of Mulholland, convenient to meet people half way between the valley and westside! Salvatore (mgr) and his team take great care to make you comfortable and transport you to Italy if only for a meal. We live in Beverly Hills and love Il Pastaio but often prefer it here because IP is a machine at full capacity all the time whereas IS moves at a less hectic pace with a lower din. The kitchen takes great care in their preparation (my veal milanese last week was truly superb) while the service could not be any friendlier. Gotta love a neighborhood gem that makes you feel like you’re a million miles away. Grazie mille!
Loved everything! Staff is so attentive 💕
We were on the second floor in a tinny room all by ourselves - very romantic
The waiter was excellent!
Avery good night
Usually excellent that night sucked food and service
Reservations not Honored as booked
Waited 25 minutes with no where to stand or sit
Food took 45 minutes for Appitizers
Food plain no flavor for 3 people $200 NO Alcohol
Will not go back again !
Always, exceedingly fantastic, and the food superb!
This is a very nice kind out of the way Drago restaurant. They were very helpful when getting
the reservation as we were a group of 11 on a busy Saturday night. I was very pleased to be
placed upstairs as the noise level was significantly better, and I was afraid our group would
add to that downstairs. Very accommodating. We are also a wine group and they did not
limit our bottles. Only downside is that the corkage is $30, a bit on the high side. They menu
is varied, and the specials were excellent. From fish dishes to excellent pasta dishes, mine the
pappardelle with Boar Ragu, excellent. Service was very good, especially for being upstairs
where many times you get forgotten. I would recommend to anyone
Delicious food and great service
Great food, great staff!!! Always superb and consistently wonderful!!!
The waiter was GREAT!
Even though the restaurant got busy after we arrive he kept us as his priority.
Amazing! Everything was delicious the service was phenomenal definitely coming back
Food is amazinf
Love this restaurant! Great food, great service and the atmosphere is fun! Always a great place to go!
Lovely, relaxed restaurant with really friendly, helpful service! The weather outside was cold, but we sat on the covered, heated patio, where it was quiet and cozy.
Il Segreto is one of my favorite restaurants for a special occasion; it never disappoints. The cuisine, atmosphere, and service are excellent. Perusing the menu is hard work - there are so many tempting choices. The work gets harder when you are told of the many specials on offer. My advice is to be guided by your server - they really understand Italian cuisine and will guide you to a memorable choice.
Had to send back my veal scallopine - super tough. They kindly took it back so I ordered the special which was supposed to be spinach farfalle with veal ragu and mushrooms but actually was regular pasta not spinach. It was dark so I couldn't tell it wasn't the special offered. All of the people at my table had finished by the time I got my entree, so I took it home. Nice staff but loud and super crowded. Our reservation was at 6:45pm on a Saturday which I get is a busy time. Don't think I'll be back. Parking is crazy too.
Loved the wine we had! But cant remember the name! We had two of the same glasses (of the three we ordered.) Any chance you could tell me the name?
Everything was perfect! Always a pleasure to dine at Il Segreto.
First visit to Il Segreto in Beverly Glen. Charming little restaurant that reminded me of the Love Actually scene where Colin Firth proposes to the Portuguese woman because of its upstairs seating. Wine selection was excellent and my Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe was very flavorful. My date had the salmon special and the fish was delicious. I would highly recommend.
Mauricio great server
