Phenomenal food and service. Have never been disappointed here.
Our first time at the Infinity to see a show and have dinner. Service was quick and very helpful with food allergies. The food was excellent and so was the show. What a beautiful venue! I only wish it was closer to us so we could make it a regular spot.
We had dinner before seeing Jim Messina perform - the food and drinks were excellent, as always! Our server, Patrick, was very helpful and engaging (and quick). We will definitely be back again.
Everything was great. Cocktails were very tasty. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was terrific. Our server Molly was very friendly and we loved her!
Had a great night. Delicious meal. Service was great. We will be back.
Had dinner prior to concert Food was delicious, service friendly and efficient
We had a nice relaxing time before the Marty Stuart show on 3/29/20. The food was excellent and service was great. Right upstairs to the show afterward! Can't beat it!
A lovely & cozy spot, even with a small band playing in the back of the dining room table conversation wasn't hampered.
Dined evening of 2/16 and really enjoyed it. I went with the Sunday Prime Rib special, and my wife had the salmon entree. With coming up from NYC the quality was quite good for the value. Only small complaint was that the brussels with the salmon were undercooked, but that's it. I had an excellent Manhattan, really top notch, with whisky soaked cherries. There was a great trio playing live music as well, and our waiter was on point, friendly and helpful. Certainly recommended.
Molly , our hostess and Patrick , our server were extremely friendly! The food was fantastic and came out quickly. We will definitely be back to this quaint bistro.
Great building and atmosphere, food was a little over cooked, but it was the first time that ever happened. I won’t hold it against them.
Great service getting us to the show. Nice but not supercool atmosphere. Would come again!
convenient when attending Infinity Hall, food is average, drinks are weak
Great spot for beer and a nice selection of food items for snacking or dinner. The decor is unique and enjoyable. The music hall is welcoming and fun!
Attended the night of snow storm. Interior was chilly; had to keep my jacket on the whole time. Ordered a burger cooked to Medium, came back rare, very rare. Waitress didn’t come to check in with us for quite some time. Had to ask hostess to have waitress come see if. Even then still took her over 5 minutes to come. At that point my sister just ate her burger as raw as it was. Wasn’t impressed with service. Mac & Cheese was delicious. Rueben was equally delicious.
Very surprised at how good the food and service was. It will be our first choice when we are in the area
Great service and drinks
Great place to go before a show at Infinity Hall. Fairly limited menu but good quality.
Considering the venue has served dinner on show nights they were completely unprepared for a sold out show. It took over 30 minutes for our food to be served. The restaurant was very loud which is understandable. The need to play loud music was not. Finally someone asked them to turn the music down. My order was incorrect. I didn’t return it due to time of the show. We did not blame our server. She was doing the best she could. We left her a large tip. In the future when we attend shows we will eat at the restaurant next door.
Been here a couple of times and it has been up and down. Last night was a down. Got there a little early and let the girl host know we were here and then sat down to have drink at the bar. Got seated 10 minutes later and ordered some wine which came right away along with our appetizer. Pot Stickers were good. We then ordered a salad with grilled chicken in it to share as a meal. We waited a very long time and finally gave up. Waitress apparently forgot about us. We talked to the hostess and the dish came out just as we were getting up to go to the show. A disaster.
Menu was shortened down. Need more choices...too many beers in salad
Dinner prior to Eaglemania. Limited new menu but very good. Had Beet/Goat Cheese Salad-too much to finish. Finished with Norfolk Flatbread. Charming waitress. Very good experience
The food was exceptional. However, we were there on New Year's Eve to attend a 9 pm performance in the theater. Though we were seated by 7:40 & served our appetizer 5 minutes later, our dinner did not appear until 8:55 and only after we complained to the host. Needless to say, we were VERY late for the opening act (about 30 minutes). The server did comp our drinks, but the overall service was poor. We did not even see our server for over 30 minutes despite the fact that we should have ben notified that the kitchen was WAY behind. We were one of the last people to leave the restaurant for the show. Given that it was NYE with a set pre fixe menu, and nearly the entire group in the restaurant was attending the show, the manager should have better staffed the kitchen for that night.
The appetizer was flavorless and the steak was like shoe leather but the waiter did his best to try to make us happy!
The Bistro took great care of our party of 10 on NYE before the show upstairs. Thanks for accommodating our increase from 8 to 10 on short noice!
We both thought food was lacking flavor. My husband got salmon, which was better than my lobster Mac and cheese which had no flavor at all. We’ve been there before but at least 2/3 years ago. Maybe chef is different
We really enjoyed our dinner at the Infinity Bistro!
Great waitress and food was good . Nice atmosphere and concert was awesome!
We arrived at 7pm for an 8pm show, ordered right away and we assured we were fine for time. Ordered 2 flatbreads, a pastrami sandwich and a bowl of chili and a round of drinks. Drinks arrived quickly. The food at 7:46 pm....showtime minus 14 minutes. Our waitress made some snippy remark to my very polite daughter in law that I didn’t hear about until the way home. Will not plan to eat there again before a show
Always excellent. Steak with Broccoli tart was great. Lobster mac n cheese is the best I have ever had. Service is always great.
We had a 2:30 reservation and stayed until after 4. The buffet was well maintained and the food was delicious! Our waitress was very attentive! See you next year.
Always quality food, nice atmosphere. Everyone is friendly.
Superb Thanksgiving buffet, all homemade and delicious. Great service, terrific atmosphere. Not to be missed!!
Our food was cold and there's no excuse for that. The plates themselves were so cold that anything served on them would become cold. Dessert was delicious.
Food was great. Waitperson was friendly and helpful.
Expedient service along with hot and delicious food
The Bistro is an excellent spot for a pre-show dinner at Infinity Music Hall in Norfolk, CT. Our waitress, Molly, knew we had tickets for the evening performance and made sure we were served in plenty of time to get to our seats before the show started. The food is delicious and reasonable. We had the edamame popper and Buffalo chicken wings for appetizers, followed by the Norfolk flat bread pizza and the vegetable stir-fry. We finished off with the mud pie. We will definitely return there prior to another show.
All good. Food, service, etc. So great to enjoy a great meal with friends before walking next door for a great show!
Great service, & so easy to include with a visit to The Infinity. Definitely will be back soon
I recently chose to meet a friend and dine at the Bistro. It really is a very nice reasonably priced restaurant with very good service. The live music in the restaurant was ‘low key’ and not too loud. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. It just just happens the Bistro is associated with a great music venue, the Infinity Hall.
Food was excellent and the server was great. Drinks were "tasty". Our only complaint would be that dinner took a little longer than expected to receive resulting in our being late for the start of the show. Our server mentioned to us that it would be a little late but that there was a show opener so "no big deal". It wasn't a huge deal since we didn't know the show opener, but it stunk to walk in late and have people have to get up to let us in to our seats.
