Jack Astor's - London (Richmond Row)

Consistent as usual however shrimp in 2 stir fry dishes were undercooked.

Had a great view, great priced drinks and our waitress was exceptional :) Overall very highly recommended!

My water glass had to be sent back twice as there was visible lipstick on the rim. Our orders were taken in a timely fashion and the food was fine, not outstanding but we had ordered sandwiches and wraps. We were fed and made it to our show at Centennial Hall on time so all was good.

Very slow service and our food was cold by the time it finally got to our table, we were there at about 4:00, fries seemed like they were left over and over cooked from lunch time I’m presuming. One of the orders was completely wrong by the time they made the correct order, everyone else was already finished eating.

Waitress was slow ..Took forever to bring your bill despite us telling her we were done. I thought about not giving a good tip but did anyways

The food and drinks were very good. The service was good as well but it was a little over priced. We could have gone to a fine dining restaurant for the same price.

Wait staff was very friendly, server tried to take my food away a few times before I was done, but it was nice to be checked on regularly. They were pretty busy, but handled everyone in the place well. My sisters salad was not worth the money she spent on it, but she did get a salad at a bar so that's fair. My food was pretty decent, and the drinks were good. Would go back again.

Very clean and service was fast. Only down fall was that the bathrooms were upstairs and not a lot of parking.

Very slow and meals came at separate times, but made it right with one meal free plus dessert.

Menu offers a good selection, with reasonable prices. My favorite is the Memphis steak with the loaded mash potatoes.

The Richmond row location seems to be less noisy than the Wellington rd. Location.

No pan bread and server barely came to the table, not to mention he hovered closely when I went to pay which made me feel obligated to tip him more than I felt necessary. Normally love Jack Astor’s but this was a disappointing visit.

Some of the meals were not very hot. And mistakes in what we ordered.

Warning, if you go on busy night. They may not honour your reservation. This happen to us on January 12. Reservation was made for 630 pm. My wife and children got there only to be told they were not honouring any reservation that night because they were so busy.

The front staff were rude, so my family left and went to another restaurant.

Our waiter was amazing. We had a bar top table with 5 which made it a bit tight for dinner but worked fine for us. There was a gentleman in a wheelchair nearby and we had to move as he went back and forth to the washroom. There defiantly was not space for him to get around.

Servers were courteous, quick & efficient. Beer was cold. Food was very good. Overall a nice place to get a very good meal at an affordable price.

Food was good. However, not good value for the money. My husband had chicken nachos advertised as 2 foot “board”. 14 nachos spread out on board. Not worth the money paid

Tori is a super waitress who makes the experience really enjoyable.

Food Service was adequate, but our server could use some training on small talk.

We booked our reservation a few weeks earlier and got there and we were given an awful makeshift table for my kids 19th birthday. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this location to anyone wishing to book a reservation as they clearly don’t know how to hold a proper table. They had a booth for 4 and added a table in the middle of the aisle for 2 extra seats for our party of 6. We had a $383 bill so we were there to spend money. Our server was excellent! We did end up getting a decent table but only after complaining. It wasn’t a good experience.

This is my 4th time to visit this restaurant and I just have a word to describe the place:
“Irreplaceable”

Long wait for food. Slow service. Friend had to go to bar to request her own water. Requested no cilantro on vegetatian nachos, nachos arrived covered in cilantro. Was told the cilantro is mixed in with the lettuce, but they didn’t put ADDITIONAL cilantro on. $15+ for 12 chips covered in lettuce, cilantro, and feta cheese. No salsa/sour cream included. Would not recommend this meal. Disappointed.

Good food that's not unreasonably price. Very good, friendly service. Overall, better than I expected.

I am likely in the minority but the music is a little too load for conversation to suit my taste. Server was good. Food excellent

Nachos way too small for a sharing dish. Never seen nachos so small. Music way way way too loud for no reason. Food tastes good.

We were greeted promptly and seated just as quickly....Our waitress, Sarah, took a bit to come initially but once she took our drink orders she was punctual and food was served quite quickly. We hadn't even finished entirely our lobster and crab app (a family favourite, by the way). I have never done the downtown venue because of parking and the fact I have small children but last minute dinner decision led us to the downtown location as there were tables available while all other locations were booked. Food was fantastic and the atmosphere, while loud and a bit crowded, worked beautifully for what we were going for - NYE dinner, just mama and her two boys :) AND...parking was ample and free that night, BONUS!

Service wasn’t great. Waitress seemed overwhelmed. She was also confused by order and got it wrong.... I just wanted different wing flavours (I asked what quantity I needed to order in so that I could mix it up... and that puzzled her). I will go back because the place is awesome overall. Happy dining.

Kate our waitress was nice and friendly but the people greeting and seating, had terrible attitudes. Very rude and unfriendly. We had a reservation that we booked online and that seemed to be a big issue.
The food was good.

We were waiting for a server by 15 minutes before our table be ready. After, 15 min more for another server to ask us for drinks and like that all the night. Noise was really loud and food was just correct.
We were a family of three adults, two kids (6 and 11). I do not think it will be a place to go again.

We sat on the rood top and had a great view! Food was so so, would have liked more wrap options and healthier food choices.

The food was delicous. Seemed like it took a while. Service was excellent. When we were able to get her attention. I like it. And the patio roof too was a bonus.

Group of old friends got together from various locales and met in London for some golf and eats. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop patio on a beautiful July night and had some good food and lots of laughs. Would highly recommend...

please make it known to guests making reservations that Government Identification is required beyond certain hours

Hard to catch the staff's eye for service and the bill. They make the round to diners on their term and schedule. Friendly when they do appear but often have to go fetch a server.
Music is annoyingly loud- even too loud for guests at the Stayion Park. Upstairs patio music could be heard in our room. Doubled the annoyance.
