Great service! Food cane out quickly and nice and hot
This place is great. Great food and we love Joannie!
The margaritas are a must. They definitely don't skimp. I always get the enchiladas aztecas. It's basically just a heaping amount of tortilla and pulled chicken drenched in salsa roja. If you want a more quiet setting, sit in the dinning room area. If you want TV's / music, sit in the bar area.
When other tables are available, consider avoid seating parties away from the restroom on the upper level.

We've been to Jalapenos Grill 3 times now. The food is excellent as is the service. Place was full so I was glad we made reservations.

We went to Jalapeño because it had good reviews. We found the food to be unremarkable and overpriced. The guacamole was very good, but expensive. The flautas were so salty I could only eat half. And the carne asada tacos were disappointing. The sangria was average. We had a very friendly server, but he could not make up for the overall experience.
We like Jalapenos and go there fairly often. We used to get the Patron margaritas, however, they used to be only $2-3 more than a regular margarita, but now they are $6 more, don't understand that. It is still a great place to go for Mexican food and drinks, with a great bar scene.

Waiter was not friendly or attentive, very different experience from the first time I ate there.
They keep making this place better. The decor is a feast for the eyes. We were promptly greeted and headed toward the bar before I asked to be seated in the dining room, away from the televisions, which was no problem. Joey did a nice job of greeting us, confirming he had our orders right and making suggestions without too much upselling. I love the Jalapeno combination. The chili relleno and chicken mole enchilada were both perfect with flavourful rice and tasty black beans, much preferred over re-fried. Jalapeno's has become our favourite Mexican restaurant in the area.
Overall great food. A place we like to go. Only complaint tonight was our server. Not sure if he was new or nervous or what. One of our party wanted a cup of hot water and he had trouble understanding the request. Two of us ordered soup. Instead of bringing it first, it came out with entrees and we had to ask to send the entrees back while we had our soup.
Service was awesome, great entrees and even better desert!
Food was not very good. Just had apps taquitos were bland. Tacos soggy. Nachos were ok

Jalapeno's Grill is a fun and vibrant restaurant with great service, phenomenal food and a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend lunch or dinner here.
We had a group of 5 and everyone enjoyed the food and the drink. I had enchiladas mole and it was excellent. Drinks were tasty and fun, as my granddaughter who cannot yet have adult beverages orders fun drinks for her older sister and her dad. And my Mother's Day rose is still blooming! Love this place.

Friendly local spot wth a dining room and a bar area. Food is always very good, service is always good, definitely a good choice when you're in the mood for Mexican.
food was fine. i was not happy with the hostess. i reserved a low top table. when we got there there were two low 4 tops in an area where i like to dine. i asked her to seat us there, but she said that there was a party of 9 coming in soon and was holding that table for them to add to another table. during our whole meal, no one sat in those two tables. as we were finishing our meal, 4 people came in and were seated at one of the tables that she was holding for that party of 9.
Always good food, good margaritas, good service, good prices, we always enjoy Jalapenos

Great Tex-Mex dinner. Our food was good and drinks were great and the waitress was very nice and attentive. We will definitely be going back.

We do eat here often and they are usually accommodating of a big party and service has always been good in the past, but tonight it wasn’t good at all.
I think it was extremely rude that people vacuumed while we were eating around us !Very uncomfortable for us !Our waitress never said thank you when we paid our bill and gave her a good tip !Would never go back or recommend !
Jalapeno’s is a great restraunt. Unfortunately they do not except open table reservations. Apparently they have tried to be removed from open table numerous times but the system keeps allowing reservations to be made. Open Table needs to take care of this so more people are not disappointed. The people at Jalapeno’s were great and accommodated us even though we had no reservation when we arrived.
We go to Jalapenos Grill every 3-4 months, good food and great margaritas
