Jaleo - The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
House-made traditional chorizo with olive oil potato pure and cider sauce
A Jaleo favorite; potatoes with spicy tomato sauce and alioli
Classic Spanish chilled tomato soup with pipiranna
We flew to Vegas for a week long foodie getaway and only ended up eating at Jaleo because of closures(we arrived on the 15th and we found out our hotel was closing on Facebook before the hotel actually let us know).
Dinner was spectacular (as always). We ordered multiple dishes and the stand out star was the seafood paella. It isn't always available but it is very good so if it is available, I would recommend ordering it.
This place always delivers. Such great flavors, so unique. The paella was great, tomato bread great, steak excellent, and they have a great margarita.
One of our favorites and so consistent.
Excellent food and service. Did not expect a hearty serving of mussels with the tasting menu.
Great tapas, so many delicious things. Service was top notch and everything was lovely. The olives and boiled octopus were the faves of the night.
Everything was wonderful, except the paella came out a bit on the colder side and the rabbit was a bit dried out...we didn't address at that time, but looking back we both agreed, that wasn't the way it should have been. Flavors were solid though.
Disappointed to learn after sitting down that the chef sampler menu was only available if the whole table participated even thought I was told earlier in the day I could order it by myself.
Food and service was in point.
I absolutely love Jaleo! The food is beyond amazing & our waitress was awesome!!! This is the 2nd time I’ve been & plan to come anytime I came back to Vegas!
Great experience from top to bottom. Loved that they had a tasting menu, and offered wine parings. Overall, excellent.
Food was so very good. I did the tasting menu, so yummy. I can’t believe I have been coming to Vegas for last 10 years and missed this place. Wish I had gone here years ago.
The food was good but not as good as I remembered from previous visits. The atmosphere was fun and exciting but made it difficult to have a conversation at the table. I miss the real shoes holding the croquetas but overall it was a good experience.
Too Expensive for what it is. The food ia good however not great. We waited 45 mins for a Paella at lunch which is not the same as the one for dinner. We asked if we would have to wait they said no then they made us wait. As I say TOO EXPENSIVE for what it is I wouldn't come back. For that money you can go to a truly good luxury restaurant
Edgar and his team were amazing! Thank you for making our date night a special one!
This is José Andrés place for Spanish tapas. We came for Valentine's Day. High end enough to feel important but yet causal and fun. They asked if we had special allergies, which was nice. The plates are amazing, especially the cheeses and it's pairings. We also had the garlic shrimp, flat bread and dessert. There was a great selection of flavors in small bites that allowed us to try several dishes. . We got in early enough that the noise level was still reasonable and we could hear each other. Watching the chefs in the prep area was fun. Definitely worth a try.
