Absolutely amazing. I went New Years weekend at 6:00 on Saturday 1/2. There was a FANTASTIC happy hour until 7:00. I didn’t even know. Food and tapas for around $5-$10. I had the mussels for dinner and they were to die for. My boyfriend got the sliders and ordered a third after demolishing the first two. We left stuffed and happy. We will return to Vegas for the sole purpose of eating here again. So so good!
Great food and great service. The best meal we had in Vegas
This was the best meal of my entire life and I eat all over the world.
Jaleo is always on the list when we travel to Vegas. We stopped twice this trip and had completely different things. Both evenings were wonderful. The toasted bread with tomato is delicious and the gazpacho is some of the best I’ve ever tasted. I wish we could order the same bread at home. We enjoyed the beef, shrimp, and chicken dishes we tried too. Not as fond of the potato we had, but everything else, including wine and dessert, was amazing. The flan was superb. Service was seamless too, as always!
My wife and I came to celebrate our anniversary on December 17th. I loved the complimentary champagne from our server Megan. Besides our server amazing customer service. The food portions was highly unsatisfactory. Haven dined many times before I was not expecting to be given tasting menu sized portions at full price. 1/4 of salmon, 1/2 chicken breast and only 2 1/2 cups of paella. When I worked for Jose Andres at Bazaar I always remembered him stressing the importance of not being frugal when guess are returning or dining their first time. The Chefs at the garde manger bar didn't speak despite being feet apart I assumed that was apart of the experience. The runners/servers and bussers were the only ones that really made us feel welcomed. Hopefully we can come back!
Always good. A “go to” restaurant. Light bite tonight.
Best paella outside of Spain!
As a Celiac I was disappointed they don't have a dedicated gluten free fryer, so all fried items were unavailable to me, bummer!
Presa Iberica is pricey but worth it (a little more couldn't hurt though).
The things I miss the most from Spain are the seafood and the iberian pork meat (Presa, pluma, secreto, carrillada, jamon 5J...) and this is one of the only few plces where you can order it in the US. The croquetas were amazing as always. The tortilla could be better.
Definitely have had better tapas elsewhere. Jaleo doesn't live up to its hype, and it's sad to see it associated with Jose Andres. Service and ambience was good, but you also would expect the food to be on that level
Everyone must try the Flan! I was not a fan of Flan and still am not....unless it's from Jaleo. Save room because it's a must!!!
Food was average/mediocre. Service felt rushed.
Very loud restaurant. There are many fine dining choices at The Cosmopolitan Hotel; I don’t recommend Jaleo.
We didn't realize they had a tasting menu, so that was a great surprise! We were celebrating our anniversary and we got a nice surprise of champagne when we arrived! The tasting menu was a great deal at around $55 a person. We also did the gin and tonic flight which was great!
I expected to be blown away by Jaleo because of Chef Andres. Overall, it was a good meal; however, some items didn’t make sense or totally missed the mark. Skip the chicken paella, it was not good and very basic. Skip the garbanzo salad, it should be renamed hummus because that’s what it was. I liked the rest of our meal though especially the: Brussels sprouts, garlic shrimp & chicken, and flan. I also had the gin and tonic but can’t remember the name. It was delicious
The food was simply amazing! And our waitress and waiters were on top of it. The best service
Delicious and unique food, cozy booth, passionate and knowledgeable server, great ambience.
Exceptional restaurant. Food outstanding and the service is great.
Safety precautions and service were excellent. Sangria was tasty, but too much ice in lo-ball glass, which diminished the serving of sangria. Tomato Bread was good. We were asked if we wanted some manchego cheese added. So we said sure, cheese is good. When we got the bill we were dismayed to see that the tomato bread was $12.50, and the added cheese was an additional $13.00!!!! Really? Shrimp with garlic was good, but not outstanding. Mixed green salad was large. Steamed mussels were wonderful, there must have been 25 or 30. Gazpacho was a little bland. The fried eggplant was fabulous, a little sweet due to honey. My husband had ordered sausage with mashed potatoes, but we never received it. I really thought they would have some nice Spanish guitar or flamenco music in the background, but it was some kind of weird rock stuff; a little disconcerting. Glad we tried it, but would not return.
I've dined there before and enjoyed it, but this time was even better. We did the tasting menu with paired wines again. Small portions, but so many, you will eventually be full. Most are relatively light creations, but still delicious.
Nicely appointed restaurant, bright and spacious. Nice social distancing protocols in place. Excellent food and presentation.
The service was little rush otherwise great experience.
Love Jaleo. Came here for desert on our anniversary after eating at bazaar meat. Amazing Flan!!!
The jamon ibérico was excellent!
Sat at the bar. The bartender was quite nice and made delicious Cuba Libres. The jamon seleccion was delicious. The pan de cristal was also tasty, but with a slice of ham on it graduated to awesome! The paella was a bit salty but delicious and tender. Definitely will return
Very nice... tried the classic option with my boyfriend and we enjoyed every course... plus the wine tasting
Very good Spanish option, this time one of the dishes wasn’t good, but in general everything was just fine.
Service and food was AWESOME! We’ll be back for sure!
Waitress was great, knew the menu well and explained a lot of different items. Few favorites were relived from trip to Barcelona last year!
Found this gem and we will be back. Going into our rotation on our trips out!
We had a great time at Jaleo, from the amazing tasting menu to the delicious sangria, it was such a great dinner
We love Jaleo. The Sangria is delicious. Endibas is our favorite. Our servers are always so knowledgeable and help to guide our dining experience. This is definitely one of our favorites.
Good Spanish tapas . Staff friendly and accommodating
The tasting menu was awesome and a great value. The sangria is also very good. Our server was awesome, very knowledgeable about the food. Made us want to get one of the coveted seats at é once they’re available again.
We are locals & Jaleo is one of our favorites. Melissa, our mixologist, provided exceptional customer service as usual. She's personable, welcoming, accommodating & attentive. The Sangria Hour menu has a great selection of drinks & tapas for an unbeatable price. The regular menu is outstanding as well. The gambas al ajillo, paella, pescado pisto & cana de cabra are flavorful & delicious. The manzana con hinojo is an all-time favorite. Thank you!
Owned by Jose Andres. One of the best tapas places in Las Vegas.
Excellent food. Order the chefs table classic. You will not be disappointed.
Great meal at Jaleo. There are so many options in Las Vegas that it can be overwhelming. I’d picked Jaleo because I enjoy tapas and also out of respect for the work done by Chef Andres’ World Kitchen. There were three of us and we all got the tasting menu and wine pairings. We mixed some of the dishes when there were options. Each course was delightful from the gazpacho and tomato cheese toasts to the flan for dessert. My friend did not like the sautéed spinach as much and merely mentioned that it was not his favorite. Our server brought an additional mixed greens for him to try, which he liked a lot more. Service was well-paced and provided great explanations on the wine pairings. Favorite dish was the shrimp cooked in butter and garlic. A simple straightforward dish that was perfectly executed.
The ambiance was great and the noise level low enough that we could all talk during dinner. We will visit again in the future.
We lived the tasting menu. It gave us a chance to experience a wide range of tapas. The wait staff explained the preparation of each dish and made sure we had a great experience.
A very enjoyable experience even though there are several modifications to the menu due the restrictions.
Great food and wine list. All the classics executed perfectly with best ingredients. The manager was a lovely fellow who even bussed tables. Highly recommend this place.
Hosts and server Melissa was terrific. Felt well cared for. The food was terrific. Jaleo Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas was the best Jaleo I've been to so far! Definitely dining here again when in town.
The service and attention to detail that I experienced were top tier. Sit back, listen to the suggestions from the server and enjoy the ride.
