   Perfect for a date or a special dinner with family. We celebrated my sons 16th Birthday and they treated him so well but did not embarrass him (which he was scared to death about). Our waiter was also amazing to our 12 year daughter who was there for the first time.

   Nice restaurant in downtown Cincinnati, but a bit noisy as they are always full. Other Jeff Ruby locations seem better choice. Carlo & Johnny or the Precinct.

   The steak is amazing of course, but the real reason to come here is the staff. They are what make it a special experience. Everyone is so friendly and personable and make you feel welcome and appreciated. They are excellent at what they do. They are the ones that make the whole experience.

   Great meal as always. Impeccable service, and great drinks. Steaks were very good other than I think they got the wrong doneness to the right person on a couple steaks.

   We have had many different meals. My favorite, after this last visit, was Lobster Burrow, Freddy Salad, Tater Tots, and Creme Brûlée. ALL were excellent! I still love the Steak Collinsworth, which I have almost every time, but it was great to "change it up".

    We have been a few times now to the new location and while we love the vibe, we are disappointed in the overall experience. The timing in this restaurant feels off. Appetizers came out at different times. Drinks are slow and had to remind the server. Server pulled to private room and took a long time to end the dinner. We just can’t justify the expense for the overall experience. Just not a smooth and elevated enough experience.

    Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse is my favorite steakhouse, at least in this country! I love that they kept the same vibe but updated it. Ruby's is fun elegance with delicious food. The steak is always cooked to perfection and all of the sides (for me, especially the Mac and cheese) are delicious. We got the Ruby Vuitton desert and let me just say it was prettier than expected and as delicious as we wanted. It is the perfect place for any special occasion (it's my birthday dinner every year!). The service is impeccable!

    Overall good. Service was very good. My oysters looked like they had been shucked 2 days ago ( not fresh ). My steak was good but my wife's small filet was stringy.

    I was most satisfied with Carlo and Johnnys location 5stars across the board. Precinct and now Jeff Rubys Steakhouse downtown are not going to have my vote. I was disappointed with the food quality. Primarily the Steaks. I’m satisfied with everything else.

    The Steak Burrow, along with the service, drinks and sides are top notch. Won’t find a bartender better and more charming than Kevin T! Our server Anna was very helpful and kind also, great with describing the right pairings. Looking forward to our next time already!

    We typically love Jeff Ruby’s, but this experience was very disappointing. We went for a birthday. Ate in the bar area. Reservation was at 8:15 pm. We finished soup and salad before ordering our steaks. The macaroni and cheese (which we normally love) was not good. It tasted different than normal. The steaks were cooked well and taste good, but for the first time ever my husband’s New York Strip was very fatty. I’m not sure if they did away with a birthday dessert, but we were offered nothing, which is different than in the past. We are long time patrons, but have been disappointed with the new restaurant.

    Made a reservation 6 weeks ago. Was disappointed they sat us in the bar and not in the restaurant. They sat us by the "library wall”. We were the only table on that side of the bar A large group of graduates were taken to that area. They were standing right behind our table. The group was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk The other side of the bar was completely open. I am use to a better experience at Jeff Ruby's for the price you pay

    The place had a band playing that was actually good and pleasant to hear while dinning. The food is really good. A bit pricey, but that was to be expected and the food was genuinely worth it. If I’m ever back in Cincinnati I will definitely be back.

    The atmosphere is stunning. You feel like you went back in time to the roaring 20s. The bar had great live music, and the patio was spacious and inviting. The food was, how can I put this, the most magnificent sustenance we ever partook! You can not go wrong with any seat in the house or any item on the menu. Plus, the restrooms are incredible!

    We celebrated our 40th (Ruby) anniversary at the iconic Ruby restaurant. I had mentioned this in my reservation and was impressed that EVERYONE that served us was aware of that. Our server Shelby was informative, attentive and just a pleasure. The food was amazing! Can’t wait for our next visit.
