   The food was excellent from the appetizers to our dinners. The service was very poor we waited for twenty minutes at a time to get drinks. We had to chase done bus boys because our server would disappear for thirty minutes at a time. Took us three hours to complete our meal and the place was about half full . The food is exceptional however their service was poor at best. Go if you have a lot of time. Thanks Shawn Kerns

   Service by Ashley was wonderful. she was bartending and waiting tables but we never had to wait for anything. she was always attentive and had a smile. Definitely go back and have her wait on us again. Food was good but the staff makes you come back.

   My colleagues have reservation tonight after we raved about the food/service last night on 5/21/2023.. Hayden perfectly coordinated our meal from drinks, ,appetizers to entrees ,and desserts. We had a party of 10. Also,Matthew very helpful to increase my reservation number and to accommodate my party.

   Went out for date night in Winston Salem. Had a great time with the wife. Jeffrey Adams on Fourth was a great overall experience. Had a steak with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables that was amazing, until my wife had me taste her chicken with pasta that she ordered after mixing and matching menu dishes. Talk about mouth watering… So good.. The drinks were delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely going back…🔥🔥🔥

    Food was good. Waiter talked too much as opposed to listening. Brought me an extra drink that I did not ask for. Didn't take entree order until after we ate soup. Food was good, though the overall experience was a little off.

    We were kept waiting for our reserved table 15 minutes. We had been told we would lose our reservations if not on time. Some of the food was excellent, some not so good. Hostess was stressed, waiter was good. So cold inside had to go outside to warm up twice.

    Jeffrey Adams on Fourth has been a consistent performer in our repertoire of downtown Winston restaurants for a long time. The location, if you're at least familiar with the Cherry Street parking garage, is about as easy to navigate as one could wish for. The reservations were easy to acquire, and, as always, the decor was clean and spotless. Food was, again, to use that term, as always, fantastic. My wife had the grouper, my brother-in-law the steak, and I had the fried chicken. All were done perfectly and arrived hot and well-presented. The server was attentive and, most importantly, walked that razor's edge of not-there-too-often and/or not-there-enough. The biggest compliment I can give is not this review but to this point: this was easily my tenth (10!) time at Jeffery Adams on Fourth, and it's always been this way. Highly, highly recommended.

    Went here for me and my wife anniversary and it was great. 2nd floor window seats, great conversation and a great view. We had a great time. Our waiter was on point with everything.

    We've been trying to get to Jeffrey Adams for a while. We showed up at our reserved time and were surprisingly sat in a booth in the bar. We're so glad they sat us there! The bar tender gave excellent service and was very attentive. Hubby had a New York steak which was cooked to order. I asked for the vegetable medley and wild rice to be served as a vegetarian option. The kitchen did a very nice job with that. Food and service was very good. Prices are reasonable. We will return. Only issue was the parking, an issue due to our ignorance. Multi level Parking in bldg behind the restaurant. One needs to keep the ticket and when ready to leave txt a phone number to pay to be let out. Remember to put a "1" in front of the number. Managment was not helpful on how the parking worked and gave bad info. That said, it all worked out in the end.

    We dined at this restaurant one year ago and absolutely loved it so much we decided to go back this year. Unfortunately our experience was not as good. The food was okay but not amazing and the service was lacking. Out appetizer plates were never removed even as our dinner plates were delivered. We were never asked if we wanted a second drink until half way through our actual dinner service and when the drinks were delivered they didn’t take the empty glasses or dishes. For a $180 bill for 2 adults and 1 kid we were surprised at the poor service.

    This was a first time visit for a birthday and we were totally satisfied. From the appetizer, meal and dessert, they left us wanting more.     We had the best time at Jeffrey Adams celebrating a recital. The restaurant was short staffed that night due to call outs but the staff handled it very well and were very considerate and attentive despite being very busy. Food is always amazing! One of my favorite restaurants downtown, especially for celebrating a special occasion.

    Great location. Service was above average, and I appreciated our servers thoughtful recommendations. I ordered the Seafood Risotto, which was a disappointment because the taste of the seafood was lost in the overwhelming amount of cheese in the dish. Way too heavy. Space is attractive, but the music choices playing in the background were hard rock and didn't match the atmosphere. I would have much preferred a relaxed jazzy or low-key sort of music.

    We had salmon at this steakhouse and the special with cream corn risotto was delicious. My daughter had the regular salmon dish and thought it was just okay. Drinks were great, wine by the glass was half price. The service was excellent. If I were to return to the area I would visit again.

    Great view upstairs. Friendly and tentative waiter service. The crab dip and seafood risottos are must haves. As well as the chocolate brownie dessert. This is one of our favorite places in Winston Salem!

    Celebrating our sons birthday last night. Our waitress was spot on, very attentive without hovering. Signature cocktail wasn’t as delicious as I remembered, but I didn’t have any trouble finishing it. Crab dip was stellar. My tenderloin risotto was delicious, as always. But I did notice that the medallions had been reduced to cut up bite size portions, instead of several large whole medallions I had been served in the past. My husband and son both ordered the ribeye. Cooked as ordered and tender but both stated it was lacking in overall flavor. Jeffrey Adams has always been consistent in delivering outstanding service and food, but sadly, this experience left us wanting. Hopefully this was a one off and we will be back on team Jeffrey Adams after our next visit.

    Food was incredible! The ahi tuna app was amazing and the filet mignon was cooked to perfection and literally melted in my mouth. Also the smoked Gouda mac and cheese was phenomenal. 10/10 highly recommend. And Steve was the best waiter!!!
