You can not go wrong when you visit Joes. The food and service are impeccable. I highly recommend going to Joes for any reason.

Ms. Denise’s service was OUTSTANDING!!

Crab was overcooked as well as shrimp cocktail. Mac and cheese was bland and crab cake was cold in the middle. Steaks were delicious and service was outstanding though.

What can you say, a near perfect meal!

Celebrating a special occasion! The food is spectacular as usual. The stone crabs were delicious, the filet mignon cooked perfectly. The Wellfleet oysters on the half, sublime. Don’t forget dessert. Their signature key lime pie, delicious and tried the Havana tres leches cake. Absolutely Devine. A perfect 10 meal!

I love Joe’s! I have so many special memories there! It was the place we went to after we got engaged and when my mom first moved to Chicago! So when I wanted to take my friend out for dinner, because her wedding was cancelled, because of Covid! Plus, she’d never been to Joe’s! I was shocked! So I knew exactly where to book! I thought Joe’s would be the place, but it fell flat.. Food was good! The pie and wine were even better! But they did nothing special to make the occasion the best! It was kind of sad, especially since my friend works for a major restaurant group in Chicago! She was shocked! I will go back for lunch, but will think twice for special occasions!

It was my first time dining at Joe’s and we (sister, mom, and I) had an outstanding experience. My sister had an awesome 21st birthday that she most definitely will remember. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Our waiter was very nice, helpful, and gave great recommendations on menu items. He answered all our questions and he did an excellent job making sure it was a memorable night.

Had a great birthday dinner here last night - took awhile past our reservation time to get seated just because of capacity issues right now, and they were amazing about making it up to us. The food was phenomenal and our server, Daniel, was impeccable. We’ll be back ❤️

We are very loyal Joe’s customers. Celebrated 40th birthday with 40 people and have loved Joe’s for decades. It is our go to restaurant for entertaining and the restaurant we compare all others too. This trip was very disappointing. The level of service (which typically is phenomenal) was terrible. The server was nearly non existent and we had to ask busser for additional drinks. Normally, the service is impeccable and we are hoping this was a one off occasion.

What can I say about Joe's....it's arguably the best restaurant in the city. When you have members of management and wait staff recognize you (even with masks) when you haven't been there in months and greet you warmly and then follow it up with a great product (steaks, seafood, etc., all made to perfection) how could you not be beyond content?

We honestly were very disappointed. The hosts, server, Somm, wine and espresso were fantastic but that’s where it ends. I ordered the large stone crabs which were no where near as large as they used to be. The flesh was so hard to remove and when I got it out after struggling, they didn’t taste fresh. But for $90 I ate them. My husband got a pound of king crab and he too felt the quality was not there. Some were good and some very ammoniated. We look forward to dining here and the last two visits have been underwhelming at nest. AND 4% surcharge for Covid on top of our bill to boot. Improvement needed that’s for sure.

The server, Justin, was very attentive. Our food came out in a timely manner and was hot. All parties were appropriately distance. The servers had masks and wore them at all times. Upon entry, they explained the policy about mask wearing and temperature taking. No surprises.

Every thing was fine and especially the sever was awesome!

Always a good place to eat. Really good deal during restaurant week.
