Buffet had very tasty cuisine and delicious desserts!

Sat us where requested. Food was very good!

I was looking forward to eating here after reading the great reviews. The ambiance is great. As for the food, I can't say it was good and I can't say it was bad. It was just OK. The problem is for the price it should have been much better. We don't plan to come back.

We had breakfast the next morning. One observation. The waiters picked up clean glasses to set tables with their fingers grabbing the rims of the glasses with fingers inside. Were their hands clean and sanitary?

But, would return and recommend to others.

Customer we took to dinner said the meet wasn't warm, others said their food was cooler than expected. Not what they wanted from a JW>

We had a girl’s friend reunion here. Service and food was amazing! We had queso, quacamole, burnt ends bbq tacos and chipotle chicken quesadillas to share with Spicy margaritas! We have been here many times- will be back soon!!

Food or service were not as good as our last visit. Bar drinks are way overpriced.

Service was great, the breakfast buffet is great, the dinner buffet you should have at least once but order off the menu once you have had it

We went for our wedding anniversary and they were so accommodating. Our server was so helpful with our food selections. We had our 21 month old daughter and they were very helpful with her and offered her the kids buffet they had that day even though my wife and I were ordering off the menu. The marinated goat cheese was highly recommended by our server and it was delicious. Our daughter loved it as well. They even brought us out a beautifully decorated desert.

The food tasted great! Our server did not seem to knowledgeable but I got a feeling she was newer. They had a kids buffet the night we went and mine really enjoyed it. My husband had reddish and said it tasted wonderful. I had the quesadillas and they had chicken that they smoke on the property and they were great as a meal even though listed as appetizer.

Given the level of quality one expects at an expensive resort, the meal was disappointing. Service was okay, ambiance is nice with a lovely view...but the food, as a whole, was only fair. Who wants to pay a premium price for a fair meal?

The only problem was the flies. I understand that people are constantly going in and out but it is annoying to have to continuously swat flies over dinner.

Amazing. Possibly one of the most delicious meals I have ever had. Decadent. Jalapeño strawberry margarita must be had!

With a buffet that spectacular, why even have a menu! Wow!

Our server was great but the service was painfully slow. Also, it was REALLY loud in the restaurant

Our steaks were ordered medium rare and we received well done. We didn't ask to send back because we thought it might take too long.

Hard to beat the quality of the food served and the variety here. Very fresh and original. The view of the club grounds is spectacular. Only downside is the service time.

We went for our anniversary and had a great experience. My only issue was, when they sat us at the first table, it was right next to the fireplace and there was soot all over the seats and table. Unfortunately it got on my outfit but they moved us to a new table and after that it was great. We had Chelsea as our server and she was amazing! She was very attentive and knowledgeable about the food. We enjoyed conversing with her. We ordered off the menu instead of the buffet and the food was delicious. It came out very quickly which was a plus since we were hungry. We also had drinks and they came out timely and were tasty. I would definitely recommend Cibolo Moon.

Our server was great. Some of the food was outstanding (grilled asparagus); some was only OK (bison meatloaf.)

Wonderful service by Danny! I had the BBQ plate and my wife had the Chicken Fried Steak. All was delicious!

Loved the restaurant and the food was delicious! I will most definitely recommend Cibolo Moon to friends and family and are looking forward to returning soon. Great quality of food and beautiful ambiance.

This was my first time dining at Cibolo Moon. The food was exceptional. We had the brisket burnt ends as an appetizer...very tasty!!! The chicken and jalapeño cheddar waffle was amazing!! My husband had the smoked bbq plate and enjoyed every bit of it! The biscuits with the strawberry and jalapeño jam was amazing as well!! We will definitely be back!!

Valentines

Very pleasant Valentine’s Day Dinner

Got sat in a very uneventful location of the Restaraunt with capacity not to 75% throughout our duration.

Waiter was just somewhat attentive and I had to get clean appetizer plates because someone other than our waiter brought us plates but one of them had some food from a prior meal still caked on.

I tipped generously because it was Valentine’s Day and it’s a hard night to work but not happy overall.

Then I texted the number to the valet and they said that I needed to go up to give the card because the system wasn’t working...cmon?
