Charming, great service, in one room long, old fashioned pipes line the ceiling. Always enjoy this restaurant.
A New York classic that will not disappoint. Great ambience and great food. Best beef in town. Superb service and an environment that you will never forget.
Very unique and amazing steaks! I also like the bar scene and the decoration with all these pipers :)
Steak lovers love this place. The inside is full of history which is cool. If you don't eat steak or seafood though, it is not the place to spend a lot for a meal. Chicken overcooked, as usual for steak places.
Service was slow but food is great. Pricey but good over all. Went for bf's birthday they could have been more on point, also got his mom's order wrong but redeemed themselves my compting it! Overall good!
Unique surroundings and great old fashioned red meat.
We had an amazing meal at Keen's. There were 5 of us and our server was Andres. I am a vegetarian and ate the side dishes. The others said their porterhouse was the best steak they have ever tasted.
Wonderful historic steakhouse serving delicious food!!
old New York steakhouse; fun time; great scotch bar
LOVE the environment at Keen's a truly fantastic family Thanksgiving has been had here many years in a row!
nice ambiance and food was great-- will come again! Service was pleasant and consistent.
Excellent food, one of the best steaks! Nice bar.
Atmosphere from another era. Service ok, but challenged by the crowds waiting to be served. Plan to have lots of extra time... nothing happens fast here
Hidden gem in the area! Great Midwestern beef done well and at a decent price. Highly recommend
THE BEST DRY AGED BEEF ON THE PLANET. PERIOD.
Beautiful beef prepared perfectly. Killer service and the historic dining room is very cozy.
Saw Keen's on the Food Network highlighting their mutton chop and I had to go try it. It did not disappoint. It was one of the best pieces of meat I have ever eaten. A bit pricey but worth every penny! Love the place
NYC staple. You should eat here at least once as the place is iconic. Taste someone else's mutton, don't order your own! Get the chateau briond, a cut that is hardly offered anymore.
Old school steakhouse, with lots of patina from serving thousands over the years. The food is well prepared and the service attentive. I prefer the upstairs dining room which is less dark and cramped. The bar is hopping, if that's your thing.
A quintessential NYC steakhouse. The prime rib is to die for here - always perfectly cooked, well seasoned and juicy. Professional, friendly and efficient service and a wonderful atmosphere make Keens perfect for any occasion. There is also a vibrant bar scene, and an extensive nicely curated whiskey/bourbon selection.
Still the best steakhouse in NYC. Impeccable food, service and atmosphere. Cannot be beaten.
I've been there a number of times and I've never had a bad meal. The quality of their food is consistently excellent. Also, the history and the ambiance are first-rate. Who wouldn't want to dine where Teddy Roosevelt and Babe Ruth did?
Waited 1 hour standing but worth the wait! Best steak I've ever had. Prime rib was so delicious I'd go back for more!
Amazing filet and service! Highly recommend this legendary steakhouse!
Our office had a celebratory dinner here awhile back. The food and service was amazing.
Best Prime Rib in the City. Skip the famous Mutton Chop.
Great steakhouse with a nostalgic feel to it. If you must try the Mutton but I prefer the Porterhouse for two.
It is good - but nothing special, while you get what you pay for.
Old world NYC charm, but excellent food and wine. Service can be off at times.
Poor quality steak. EXTREMELY loud, and yes, the other diners were incredibly close.
Fantastic beef best ever, good service nice people
If you love history and great steaks, this is your place!
Old world charm. Great food with lots of history in a variety of cozy rooms.
Had the porterhouse for 2. Have to say that I was expecting a lot more given the reputation. Not terrible, but not in the class of the other top steakhouses in the city.
Only been for lunches, but it's consistently great. Best potatoes of the NYC steakhouses.
One of the Best Steakhouses / Restaurants. The History, comfortable, great food and wine list. Would love to go more often, only drawback its so popular, hard to get in at regular hours!!! truly successful.
My favorite steakhouse in NYC. The decor is old and interesting, service was great, menu was exactly what you'd like from a steakhouse and the steak was phenomenal! Also totally recommend the creamed spinach.
One of the best in NYC; not stuffy and great for a special occassion or group. Sit at the bar with a friend for their amazing bar menu.
A wonderful old style steakhouse with plenty of character, great steaks, and terrific service.
A must try in NYC! Had one of the best meals of my life here - the Filet, The Mutton-chop, creamed spinach, baked potatoe - its all good so you can't go wrong!
I'll keep going. I love the ambiance, the food is awesome as is the service. It's our go to place for special occasions.
We have been regulars at Keen's for over 20 years. This is our favorite steakhouse! Period. Great food, amazing history, warm service and an impressive whiskey list. Perfect for special occasions, pre Garden Rangers, Knicks, concerts and March Madness!
