I Decided To Bring My Mother For Her Birthday, The Staff and Chef Was Great. Made the experience very pleasurable

Super great ambiance. Food and service was very good. Highly recommend!

We came for the cook in front of you, but were told currently they would not seat just 2 with another group. We ended up waiting for a table, and just had sushi/ good sushi, very wonderful waitress. Took good care of us.
We have eaten here several times, and enjoy the place.

Food portion was small. Overall not a good experience. Party of 2 is not accepted for hibachi. I won’t be back. Going to Wu’s in Orland Park.

Birthday outing.
Hibachi is a bit pricey but worth it. Fried rice might be the only thing we didn’t enjoy as much. The kids loved the ninja chicken which was surprising. They really only like chicken fingers. We had 2 kinds of steak and teriyaki chicken, which was all excellent. They place was a bit fuller than we expected for a pandemic. Groups of people standing at the entry. Side note - we sat at the first hibachi section. Every time the door would open, a blast of cold air would rush by and up the ventilation at our table. Not that enjoyable.

I had marked in my reservation it was a birthday. Before the staff would have sang and a dessert would have been brought. No acknowledgement of that. Didn't care about getting a dessert. But it would have been nice if it had been acknowledged. Maybe make them feel special.

Perfect place to catch up with friends with lots of martini options!!

the meal contained more mushrooms than anything else. I had 5 pieces of steak and 2 cups of mushrooms. Not worth the money.

Great food and great service.

Been going to Kikus since they opened. The owners Steve and his brother are always pleasant. The food is always amazing. When it comes to Hibachi in the Naperville area, Kikus is the best, and I have been to all of them in the area and beyond. They have the best filet and lobster with egg yolk batter. Takes me back to the best hibachi restaurants in the 80s. 100% recommend this place.

I ordered sashimi ( Salmon, big eye tuna and yellow fish), bang bang shrimp, fire cracker and rainbow Rolls. Both Salmon and Big eye tuna tasted stale but yellow fish was nice. Fire cracker roll was so salty and the crab was dry. Rainbow roll has a weird after taste. For dessert we ordered chocolate lava cake and it tasted like done in a microwave. The bang bang shrimp just tasted fried oil.

I always have a good experience with Kiku. My daughter cannot eat gluten and we are able to have a meal at the habachi table because they cook her's first using GF soy sauce. Not all restaurants are so accommodating. She does not get to eat Asian food often because of this.

We had a party of two so we sat in the table area because you need a party of four or more to sit at the hibachi tables. The food was delicious as usual just not cooked right in front you. Even without the hibachi chef show it was still a very nice dinner for me and my wife. We are very happy that Kikus has stayed open amid all that is going on right now. We highly recommend this fine establishment.

We had a great evening out with the family. The food was outstanding. The staff was fabulous.

Our server was absolutely amazing. Very kind and the service was fast. We both ordered alcoholic drinks and they were delicious! As for the sushi rolls, we recall the rolls being larger in size. It was a bit disappointing to see how small the rolls have gotten over time. The food was good, but we needed to order an extra roll to feel full. We still enjoyed our date night, however the value wasn’t the best. We will likely return for drinks and an appetizer. The cleanliness continues to be outstanding and we were happy to support during these tough times.

The food was one of the best tasting I have had when it comes to hibachi. The service was very accommodating and waitress was patient since we had three kids. For a time of Covid the ambience was exactly what my family needed. I would definitely recommend this place as it is now one of my favorites! The prices and overall quality are worth it!

If you are looking for a good hibachi and sushi place, I would recommend Kiku. The food and service were excellent and the chefs they have on the hibachi grills are fun and energetic.

Was a perfect night out during the pandemic. kudos to the Kiku staff for excellent service and social distancing precautions.

Every time i come to the restaurant I have exceptional customer service and the food has been consistently good. And everyone that I have referred say the very same thing. Thumbs up to KIKU

We had a great time celebrating my 11 year old grandson's birthday! The chef was a lot of fun and the food was great. We had special meals for 2 of the guests due to allergies and the server was very accommodating. All and all we loved the whole experience and we always enjoy going there. Great job!

Kiku almost never disappoints! Service and quality of food this visit were outstanding! Love that they take temperatures upon arrival. Everything was excellent and we had a lovely meal♥️

We made a reservation for a sushi table. We were seated in the private room which was lovely! Service was extremely attentive. Food delicious!!

We chose Kiku as a special place to celebrate our daughter‘s 18th birthday. A vegetarian friend joined us, so it was important to find a restaurant that could accommodate all of our dietary needs. Kiku fit the bill for ambience, food, service, and cost!

Chef Allen is the best! Food was delicious and services were good.

We made a last minute reservation through Open Table and were still sat immediately! Everyone was friendly from the moment we walked in. The manager greeted us, host quickly took us to our table, the server greeted us immediately! Our server was fun and friendly the entire time and was great at keeping us updated on our meal. The chef was a lot of fun and very skilled. We had a great time!

I really enjoy KiKu.

Sushi is fresh and quite tasty. Hibachi is solid but at times over salted to the point I do not enjoy. The chicken fried rice is very good and my favorite thing at Kiku!

Alcohol selection is a bit sub-par... and the kids menu for little ones is almost non-existent. $5 for a bowl of rice is a little excessive when the the other 3 of us are spending $65-75 per person.

Love Kiku! Great food, and atmosphere! Our waitress and so friendly as well!!
