Oni was the best!!!

Always enjoy our meals at La Fontana. It is especially nice now without the summer crowds. The porch is nicely heated so dining outdoors is very comfortable.

We always enjoy La Fontana del Mare and we make it a point to take our out of town visitors there. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. Service is great. Ermir has berm our server on numerous visits and we always enjoy him.

We drive from Brigantine to dine with you. The food, service and atmosphere ialways meets our expectations and never disappoints. Thank you. See you again in the near future.

Juliana our waitress was outstanding. The food was very good but they need to turn on heat inside. I think it was warmer outside.

Lovely night out with my husband. Tables were spaced far apart and the service was excellent. My husband had the caprese salad and seafood risotto and loved both. I had the special flounder francaise which was delicious. Portions were very large on both. Will definitely return soon and we're looking forward to sitting on the outside deck or patio when the weather gets warmer.

The food is great as well as the service. Parking is a little tough and it's a little noisy but acceptable. Overall worth the trip.

We hadn't had dinner here in a long time and thought we'd give it a try again. What a disappointment. They bread was so dry you could barely eat it, then we decided to share a caprese salad with long hots, which sounded delicious, but had absolutely no taste. I get that it's not tomato season but they didn't even put basil on the dish to give it some flavor. To be fair I had lobster ravioli which was one of the specials, and it was very good, but my husband got the shrimp fra diavlo which was also very bland, and it tasted like the sauce was from a grocery store jar. We probably will not return, which is too bad because the atmosphere is nice.

Great meal and service

Food was great, everything tasted as made from fresh ingredients. Great flavor. We really like the BYOB because that saves money on drinks. Just knocked off a star because they tried , twice, to seat us in a less desirable table when there were three other much better tables available and we had to ask them to give us those as a choice. Lobster ravioli with crab meat and shrimp was excellent but needed more crab and a little more lobster especially for $39. They also need to include a salad at those prices, salads really don’t add much to the overhead . Great restaurant though, we would go there more if it was a five star, but our four star star recommendation means we will be back on occasion.

Had a reservation and still had a very long wait. Finally seated 45 minutes after our reservation time. Very unorganized

We have been to this restaurant several times, twice during Covid. This time, we were sat at an indoor table near the door. It was freezing outside. Every time someone entered and exited we were hit with a gust of cold air. Very uncomfortable and would have been better eating outside with the heaters. I ordered the lobster ravioli special, it was very salty, I would never order it again. May never return. There are so many other shore restaurants to chose from.

The service was great. The food was unbelievable. I had the lobster ravioli with shrimp and scallops. Such a nice evening.

We love La Fontana. We started with the fried calamari, next came the salad.
I ordered the penne alla vodka and my date ordered the bronzino. They were short staffed but everyone still did a great job.

Food and service are always good here, I highly recommend.

Valentines Day! So good! Like always!!

Unfortunately the restaurant did not notify Open Table or post on social media or their website that they were offering only a pre fixe menu on NYE; disappointed I wasn’t able to order what I was looking forward to for a week on our special night. It was also so cold in the dining room my husband who is never cold was freezing and I was shivering.

Both of us had veal for New Year Eve and the dinners were excellent. Veal shank and veal cutlets. Shrimp tempura was also very good. A little on top of each other inside given current Covid but restaurant tried to maintain separation. Outside patio is a great option with ample heaters overhead.

It was crowded and we had to wait 40 minutes for our table that we reserved. The table for 8 was really a table for 4 in size. The food was good.
And it turned out to be a nice night out.

Reliably EXCELLENT Italian food time and time. We had the Caesar and meat plate to start. Dinner was the veal marsala & angle hair pasta with crab in a spicy fra diavlo gravy. Bother were perfect. We sat outside on the patio which was very pleasant where they have electric heaters which cut the chill of the autumn early evening. BRAVO!!

Absolutely wonderful meal on the porch! The heater overhead was wonderful. My only thing is that I don’t see my points on open table from the restaurant. When you read this please check into those points for booking on open table

La Fontana is th best. Authentic Italian cuisine. The dining is always vibrant and fun! Great place for party, night out with friends or a date. Highly recommend.

Wonderful as always. Our waiter Emir (sp ? )was wonderful. We have had him several times before and always great.
