This is our third or fourth time here and every time the food has been exceptional. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely continue to return here!

Always an amazing experience.

Food was excellent. Pretty crowded for current limitations.

There was a little delay in getting seated, but I think that’s to be expected. Had a nice booth, enjoyed the pumpkin ravioli appetizer. My wife and daughter split the osso buco. I had the chicken parm. They were both delicious!

My first time back to Mezzaluna in years and I had a great experience even with post-covid protocol. My boyfriend and I reserved for 7:30 and waited about 10 minutes for them to clear the table for us, not complaining as they were very thorough with their cleaning! We sat at the table for two by the big window where everyone could see from outside but it was okay because we were the table furthest from the rest of the people sitting in the back of the restaurant (the main seating area seemed pretty packed almost at full capacity). The food was amazing and the service was good. Though I wish the waiter would’ve tried to keep his mask from moving so much haha. Will be back again though! Great for dates.

While the food and service were good, there was a very loud and disrespectful party in the restaurant at the same time as us. They were getting out of their chairs without wearing masks, loudly shouting profanity and inappropriate language, and being overall disrespectful to the other guests of the restaurant. This severely ruined our dining experience and we were very upset. The restaurant staff did nothing to stop this group from behaving like they were in a sports bar, not a nice restaurant. In not wanting to add to the madness happening in the restaurant, my guest and I did our best to pretend that this inconsiderate group was not there. However, in situations like this, a restaurant staff should know better to ask a boisterous group such as the one we encountered to please behave appropriately or to leave. Because they did not, I was very disappointed in the overall experience we had at this restaurant.

Service is consistently slow. I have been there twice and there are no enough servers and they try to give their best but i dont see any improvement. Last time we went we waited 15 additional minutes after the reservation scheduled time for a table so I really question if they follow any reservation plan... the food is fair for the price charged but in the last 2 times I went there I had intestinal issues after eating their food...

We were seated and for about 15 mins we did not get any service. Once we ordered, the food took more than 25-30 mins and they messed up my order even though he asked came and confirmed my order a couple times after we ordered. I would give the risotto 4/10. Will not be coming back

Went for lunch. Not busy only one other table. Wait staff was nice but after appetizer we waited and waited. Capresse sandwich, duck salad, chicken parm. What took so long? Guessed it chicken parm. Table next to ours got their chicken parm normal amount of time. We, on the other hand, got bread veal (I think). It looked nothing like what the next table got. Prob pre-made for another dish.

Tl;dr someone made a mistake when they put our order in for chicken parm...tried to pass off pre-made breaded veal as the chicken.

La Mezzaluna is one of our favorite local haunts! The food is terrific but the staff is what makes it truly special. William is our favorite server and his attention to detail is superb! He always takes a few minutes to welcome us back - and makes Avery one feel special.

Forgot the appetizer, didn’t have the entree that my boyfriend ordered. Just a terrible dinner.

After a break of a few months, I was so pleased to come back here and have a great indoor dining experience!

Birthday celebrations

The food was not impressive. It did not taste bad but there was not much love in it either. I had ordered a "Chicken al tartuffo" which was described to come with wild mushrooms on the menu.

What came was a chicken breast that tasted like steamed in tomato sauce and the mushrooms were definitely not wild nor fresh. They tasted like they came out of a can. Not bad flavour overall, but not great either.

The waiters however were very friendly.

We have always enjoyed La Mezzaluna, and this visit was no different. Given all that is going on with outdoor dining, we expected that service would be slower. The restaurant was packed on a Saturday night but we still had great service. The food is always amazing and our seafood and fish were fresh and flavorful.

We loved our dining experience. The food and service were excellent. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The location is very accesible. I hope tk be back.

Everyone in our group liked their food. We have been meeting in Princeton because it's central to all of us and each time we try another restaurant. This is the first time everyone said to return to La Mezzaluna!

Been going to Mezzaluna for years - continues to be one of my favorites - risotto is a must!

Great food and service and the desserts are way too good!

Despite Covid restrictions we enjoyed our evening as we always do at Mezzaluna. Of course, the street dining was a little noisy but expected. Tables were properly spaced and we felt very comfortable. We will definitely go back.

I was a little disappointed in the quality of food. I have never been here and thought I’d give it a try. Caesar salad wasn’t anything special seemed like packaged croutons and sub par dressing. There wasn’t anything wrong with the octopus appetizer or fish entree, but for the price I feel there is better value at other restaurants around town.
