Excellent food, amazing service quality ambience. I sat at a high top, which was near the bar, but not overly crowded. One of my items wasn’t particularly what I expected so they happily took care of that and I decided last minute to take my dessert to go when they were super accommodating. The server was extremely knowledgeable on the menu and items as was everybody on staff that I interacted with, the host was incredibly kind in getting me in a place where I would be most comfortable as I was solo.

From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional! The food was absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. The service was outstanding, with friendly, attentive staff who made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The atmosphere was beautiful and inviting, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable.

My new favorite place to go to in the Tempe area. The ribeye was outstanding and on another level. Every item on the menu we tried was exceptional. And we tried a great many items. Highly recommended and will be back again.

The Alibi is at the top of the Canopy by Hilton Hotel. The restaurant/bar was easy to get to both by road and once you entered the hotel. The thing to keep in mind is this is a very casual dining experience. So if you are looking for even slightly formal this is not for you. We were greeted upon arrival and had our selection of tables. We ordered drinks (I had wine, my partner had beer and we had two cokes and water). I ordered the pollo assado and my husband ordered the smash burger. Both were very good and the portion sizes were generous. Before tip the tab was under a $100.00. The views from the rooftop were excellent and easily enjoyable from the majority of tables in the restaurant/bar with inside and outside seating options. The service was excellent and the timing for food, drinks was in line with the type of restaurant/bar this was. We had time for conversation and a leisurely meal. As we were going to the Gammage for a performance this was the perfect location. We were able to park, eat, and walk over to the Gammage for the play and then return to get our vehicle. Given that this is a hotel dining location in the heart of ASU I have to say we were pleasantly surprised and we will choose Alibi the next time we attend a performance at the Gammage.
