L'accord avec le Pinot Zweigelt du Vignoble les Pervenches était sublime. Mise en valeur des produits du Québec, autant dans les plats que pour le vin et les alcools, en particulier les gins. We started with the charcuterie and cheese platter which was amazing. The local cheeses and cured meats were top notch and would highly recommend. We also had the Caesar salad which was very unique with crisped mackerel and pickled quail eggs. For our mains we had the fish &chips, salmon tartar and the lobster roll. The lobster roll was so decadent filled with a lot of lobster, shrimp and caviar. The salmon tartar was also delicious. I would be remiss if I didn't mention our cocktails - they were works of art. Everything we ate, both the New York Strip and the salmon, were perfectly cooked. My wife's dietary restrictions were listened to and followed. Les cocktails signatures osés ils sont délicieux. Le reste partager des plats et poser beaucoup de question. C'était sublime. Nous avons adoré et y retournerons assurément.
