We hand-cut our steaks in our butcher shop, carefully select our foods, and incorporate products by local growers when available creating a mosaic of tastes and textures. Announcing our Fall/Winter Hours! We will be open Wednesday-Sunday throughout October 4:00pm-8:30pm for reservations. Starting November 2nd we will be be open Wednesday through Saturday. We will not be open on 11/26 or 11/27 (Thanksgiving Day) but we will resume Sundays starting 11/30.Farm to table dining in Pagosa Springs. Proudly serving fresh local ingredients from neighboring farmers, purveyors, and artisan favorites. Weekly menu changes, depending on season and product availability. Delightful flavor combinations, hearty portions, and craft cocktails, beer and wine to pair. Our Outdoor Dining Area is still OPEN for the season, but it's nice and toasty inside! Our fully enclosed and heated dining area is right on the river. We still recommend wearing an extra layer of clothing. Join us!
