    Having already experiencing Mansaf with some locals, I wanted a similar, but lest filling route and chose the Fateet Ifteet which was very tender and delicious. Also, if choosing a Hummus, I highly recommend the Sufra Hummus - very flavorful Hummus. The ambience is classy and located in a very nice part of Amman with very nice shops and other restaurants in the area. I hope to return someday.
