Welcome to Earls Jasper, where breathtaking mountain views set the stage for an extraordinary dining experience. Indulge in our daily features, expertly crafted to delight your palate and showcase seasonal flavours. Relax and unwind during our vibrant Happy Hour and late-night Happy Hour, where you can savour enticing drink and appetizer offerings. Take your dining experience to new heights on our second-floor patio, boasting a stunning 270-degree view of the majestic Rocky Mountains. For intimate gatherings, our private event dining space, The Wynn Room, accommodates up to 65 guests for tours/ dinning and up to 45 for weddings/ events where we offer a special event menu. The Wynn Room has a private bar and can be set up for various functions. There is no cost to rent the Wynn room but the minimum spend ranges from $1000-$6000 depending on the displacement of our regular business at this time. ie. Weekdays in the off season is $1000 and Saturday on July long weekend is $6000.

Cassios is a charming Italian restaurant in Jasper, Alberta with a casual décor and plenty of dining choices. You can eat in for breakfast or dinner, order for take-out or choose from the catering plated dinners or tour group menu. Breakfast is offered a portion of the year and offers traditional breakfast items such as omelets, breakfast meats, hash browns and a breakfast parfait. Lunch is not served at Cassios. You will find many traditional Italian dishes on the dinner menu, as well as a few unique items. Speaking of unique, at Cassios you can enjoy a six-ounce game burger made with a blend of elk, bison, venison and beef. It features goat cheese and red pepper aioli and is served with sea salted fries. Another unique offering is on the appetizer menu – smoked salmon carpaccio.

    We had an exceptional dinner at The Raven Bistro. The service was spectacular—matched only by the incredible food. We ordered the cod and the bison ribs, and both dishes were outstanding. We sat at the bar, where we were taken care of by Webby, whose friendly personality and attentive service made an already wonderful meal even more enjoyable. From start to finish, it was one of the best dining experiences of our trip. We can't wait to go back!

    The view alone would have been worth it. But, the service and food complimented everything perfectly. Warm and inviting describes both the ambiance and servers present. The food was just as amazing. The Duck Croquettes and Pasta were both prepared perfectly

    We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the service was excellent. The restaurant itself is bright and airy and it was very comfortable. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in Jasper.
