He is friendly, attentive, and professional, and always makes us feel genuinely welcome. He checks on us throughout our meal and provides exceptional service without ever making us feel rushed. His kindness and attention to detail never go unnoticed. We also want to recognize the hostesses, who are always so warm, polite, and welcoming. The food is consistently delicious, the ambiance is beautiful, and the hospitality is truly outstanding. Chart House continues to be one of our favorite restaurants, and it’s the wonderful staff who make us look forward to returning. Our waitress, Concetta, was knowledgable about the drinks and menu. Concetta made sure we were well taken care of. The drinks were innovating and wonderful.
