Una noche inesperada en Los Hechizos Llegamos un miércoles sin grandes expectativas y nos fuimos hablando de repetir. Esa noche había un menú especial con propuesta italiana que arrancó con un carpaccio de calabacines — arúgula, alcaparras, parmesano — ligero y bien ejecutado. Seguimos con un salmón al limón de presentación impecable y un pollo en salsa Marsala que mi acompañante no dejó ni rastro. El remate: tiramisú y mousse de limón para cerrar en dulce. El ambiente frente a la Laguna Bacalar hace el resto. Muy recomendado.
