Spinning Bones is a California rotisserie Michelin Bib Gourmand rated restaurant that specializes in roasted meats with bold flavors. The focus of the menu is slow roasted meats: poultry, pork and beef, rotating on spits over high heat, and basting in their own natural juices. The rest of the menu is comprised of shareable appetizers, vegetarian side dishes, and healthier salads with vegan dressings. Vicente became friends with Ceron Kitchen Executive Chef Juan Jaquez and their relationship has led them to opening Ceron Kitchen, together. Chef Jaquez has worked in several reputable restaurants throughout the Bay Area as a line cook and head chef. Chef Jaquez presents his take on New American Cuisine at Ceron Kitchen.     One of my mom’s favorite restaurant in Alameda when we’re craving a steak. I ordered the Ribeye which was perfect while my mom ordered the filet mignon. Unfortunately it was overdone but her corrected filet was perfect as we knew it would be. The service is also consistently outstanding. Thank you Pete for the wonderful service.

    Really nice experience having an early dinner here. The duck and risotto dish was delicious, and a prawn appetizer was enough for an entree, Very nice service, and the room was quiet enough that we could easily hear each other and enjoy our conversation.

    We were a large group in the back room so it was quieter and like a private room which was nice. It gets warm back there so mark down for that, but you can ask to open the back door. Service and food excellent we tried almost everything since we had a large group and shared.

    We never had the thin crust before.. we are huge fans of the thick crust but due to time constraints we ordered the thin crust. It was outstanding!!! Can’t wait to have it again. And we still love the thick crust. So I guess we’ll need to go twice as often. 😋
