It was the best experience, the food was amazing, incredible detailing and pairing of flavors. The 12 course dinner had surprising layers of familiar Indian ingredients and spices unusually combined with non traditional vegetables and fruits. It was feast for the eye, and soul. Chef Omar was kind to meet us in the end.
