Wir sind ein Café aus Familienhand, wo specialty coffee auf zero-waste trifft. Unser Hirschkäfer-logo erinnert an das, was uns wichtig ist: Natur, Regionalität und unsere Familie Schroeter. Im Breitsch beginnt dein Tag so, wie er dir gefällt: mit einem schnellen Espresso auf dem Weg ins Büro oder mit einem ausgedehnten Frühstück in unserem gemütlichen Café. Unsere Auswahl ist frisch und handgemacht: von Kuchen bis zu unseren Pancakes oder Waffeln als Sonntagsklassiker. Dazu servieren wir Specialty Coffee aus wechselnden Röstereien, präzise extrahiert.     Most wonderful time with amazing food. While the Roti was a favorite the schnitzel with the french fries was amazing that gravy alone is worth visiting for. I would maybe suggest splitting dishes a little because save room for the amazing desserts-the apple strudel and fresh made ice creams. This was a standout of our trip. Great local beers and wine also.

    Nice restaurant. Great service. Small menu. Serve Fondue for one person which is a plus (most places do only for two). Most dishes we had were really good. One slightly average (roast chicken - was well cooked but dish overall a bit boring!). Great skiing related decor.
